Վերանորոգման վարկերը՝ արագ ու մատչելի․ IDBank

Լինում են դեպքեր, երբ ձեռք ես բերել կամ ցանկանում ես ձեռք բերել անշարժ գույք։ Այն կարող է վերանորոգման ու կահավորման կարիք ունենալ, և կարող է պատահել, որ անհրաժեշտ գումարը չբավականացնի ցանկալի արդյունքը ստանալու համար։ Եթե հայտնվել ես նման իրավիճակում, ապա այս հաղորդագրությունը քեզ համար է։

IDBank-ն առաջարկում է ՀՀ դրամով մատչելի ու արագ վարկեր առաջնային շուկայից ձեռքբերված կամ ձեռքբերվող անշարժ գույքի վերանորոգման ու կահավորման համար։ Տրամադրվող վարկի գումարի չափը 2 միլիոնից մինչև 20 միլիոն ՀՀ դրամ է՝ 13․75% անվանական, և 14.50-14.80% տարեկան փաստացի տոկոսադրույքներով, որը հնարավոր կլինի մարել առավելագույնը 120 ամսվա ընթացքում։ Ի դեպ, մինչև 10 մլն ՀՀ դրամի վարկը Բանկը տրամադրում է առանց եկամուտների վերլուծության։ 

Այս դեպքում դու ազատվում ես հնարավոր բոլոր գլխացավանքներից ու ծախսերից․ այլևս ստիպված չես լինի վճարել վարկի տրամադրման միանվագ միջնորդավճար, սպասարկման, վարկային հայտի ուսումնասիրության ու գումարի կանխիկացման միջնորդավճարներ։ Դե իսկ վարկի հաստատումը շատ արագ է տեղի ունենում․ Բանկը մինչև 2 աշխատանքային օրվա ընթացքում կտեղեկացնի քեզ վարկի տրամադրման որոշման մասին։ 

Սա հրաշալի հնարավորություն է նյարդեր ու գումար խնայելու համար, ուստի շտապի՛ր դիմել IDBank-ի մոտակա մասնաճյուղ կամ կապ հաստատիր Բանկի կոնտակտային կենտրոնի հետ՝ վարկի հայտի դիմումը ներկայացնելու նպատակով։ Վարկի տրամադրման բոլոր մանրամասներին ծանոթանալու համար անցի՛ր հղումով։
