Հիմնվել է ավելի քան 1240 հեկտար ինտենսիվ այգի. Ակբա բանկ

Հայաստանում գյուղատնտեսությամբ զբաղվում է ավելի քան 225.000 մարդ, սակայն կլիմայի փոփոխության հետևանքները լուրջ մարտահրավերներ են ստեղծում՝ ջրի պակաս, երաշտ, կարկտահարություններ։

Կլիմայական ռիսկերի հաղթահարման խնդիրների շուրջ Ասիական զարգացման բանկը և ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը պանելային քննարկում են կազմակերպել՝ ֆինանսական հաստատությունների, ֆերմերների ու փորձագետների մասնակցությամբ՝ հնարավոր արդյունավետ լուծումներ գտնելու նպատակով։

Հայաստանում ինտենսիվ այգեգործությունը կլիմայական հարմարվողականությանը հասնելու առաջնային ուղղություններից մեկն է։ Ակբա բանկի աջակցությամբ Հայաստանում վերջին տարիներին հիմնվել է շուրջ 1244 հեկտար ինտենսիվ այգի, ներդրվել են ժամանակակից ոռոգման համակարգեր ու կարկտապաշտպան ցանցեր։ Բանկը այս առումով միայն 5 տարում ներդրել է շուրջ 18 միլիարդ ՀՀ դրամը։

«Մենք կարևորում ենք կլիմայական փոփոխություններին գյուղոլորտը հարմարեցնելու բոլոր ծրագրերը։ Այս առումով այժմ այլընտրանք չունեն կարկտապաշտպան ցանցերը, կաթիլային ոռոգման համակարգերը, տնտեսություններին կից կառուցվող հատուկ լճերը, որոնցից օգտվում են կաթիլային ոռոգման համակարգերը: Եվ մենք խորհուրդ ենք տալիս մեր հաճախորդներին, որ այդ համակարգերի ներդրումները կարևոր են և իզուր չեն: Մի քանի տարի առաջ, մինչև այս ծրագրերը, մենք մեր առաջ խնդիր էինք դրել, որպեսզի գյուղատնտեսությունը դարձնենք այնպիսի բիզնես, որ գյուղատնտեսությամբ զբաղվեն ոչ միայն գյուղական բնակավայրերի մարդիկ, այլև քաղաքում ապրողները գնան ու գյուղատնտեսություն ծավալեն մարզերում»,- նշել է Ակբա բանկի մանրածախ բիզնեսի տնօրեն, գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրենի տեղակալ Արսեն Մելքոնյանը։  

«Մենք քննարկումներ ենք ունենում մշակվող հողատարածքները սպասարկելու և ջրով ապահովելու շուրջ: Եթե բոլորը չսկսեն կիրառել ջրախնայող տեխնոլոգիաներ, նույնիսկ այն ֆերմերները, ովքեր երբևէ ջրի խնդիր չեն ունեցել, մենք բոլորս ենք ձախողելու»,- նշել է ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի տեղակալ Արման Խոջոյանը։

«Մենք տեսնում ենք Հայաստանում կլիմայի փոփոխության հետևանքները, ինչը բարձր ռիսկեր է առաջացնում: Միաժամանակ, ջրի աճող պահանջարկը թե՛ շրջակա միջավայրի, թե՛ խմելու ջրի համար, նույնպես ազդում են, թե ինչպես պետք է երկիրը կառավարի իր ռեսուրսները։ Միևնույն ժամանակ, Հայաստանը հսկայական ներուժ ունի դառնալու տարածաշրջանի ամենամեծ գյուղմթերք արտադրողներից մեկը։ Հայկական դեղձն ու ծիրանը չափազանց համեղ են և երկիրն ունի պոտենցիալ վերջիններս միջազգային բրենդ դարձնելու համար: Ասիական զարգացման բանկը պատրաստ է իր աջակցությունը տրամադրել, որպեսզի նման արտադրանքները միջազգային բրենդավորում և ճանաչում ստանան»,- նշել է ԱԶԲ գյուղատնտեսության, պարենի, բնության և գյուղական համայնքների զարգացման ոլորտի տնօրեն Յասմին Սիդիքը։
