Բանկային Ֆորում 2025. Կոնվերս Բանկի փորձառությունն ու ռազմավարական մոտեցումները

Երևանում սկսվել է Հայաստանի բանկերի միության կազմակերպած «Բանկային Ֆորում 2025»-ը։ Երկօրյա ֆորումին մասնակցում են ոչ միայն Հայաստանի ֆինանսական հատվածի ներկայացուցիչները, այլև միջազգային գործընկերներ ԱՄՆ-ից, Մեծ Բրիտանիայից, Ավստրիայից, Գերմանիայից, Լյուքսեմբուրգից, Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրություններից, Լեհաստանից, Հունաստանից և Վրաստանից։

Կոնվերս Բանկը ներկայացրել են Ֆինանսական հաստատությունների և միջազգային բանկային հարաբերությունների վարչության պետ Նելլի Քոչարյանը, Համապատասխանության ապահովման բաժնի պետ-Համապատասխանության գլխավոր պատասխանատու Ադրինե Թարխանյանը, Ֆինանսական մոնիտորինգի վարչության պետ (ՓԼ/ԱՖ դեմ պայքարի և պատժամիջոցների համապատասխանության գլխավոր պատասխանատու) Զարուհի Ավակիմյանը: 

Հաճախորդների հարմարավետության ու միջազգային պահանջների ապահովումը՝ առաջնային նպատակ

Նելլի Քոչարյանը մասնակցել է երկու պանելային քննարկման՝ Current Environment and Future of Trade Finance in Armenia և Mitigating Sanctions Circumvention Risks in Banking: Նա անդրադարձել է Հայաստանում առևտրի ֆինանսավորման, ինչպես նաև միջազգային փոխանցումների ոլորտում ներկա վիճակին, հիմնախնդիրներին և դրանց հաղթահարման ուղղությամբ Կոնվերս Բանկի կողմից իրականացվող քայլերին։
Նրա խոսքով՝ առևտրի ֆինանսավորման և միջազգային փոխանցումների ոլորտում հիմնական մարտահրավերները պայմանավորված են պատժամիջոցների հետևանքով սահմանված ավելի խիստ կանոններով։

«Կոնվերս Բանկը ձեռնարկում է էական քայլեր հաճախորդներին բարձրորակ սպասարկում ապահովելու ուղղությամբ՝ միաժամանակ հետևելով գործընկեր կառույցների, թղթակից բանկերի պահանջներին և ներքին իրավական կարգավորումները համահունչ դարձնելով միջազգային նորմերին։ Մենք մեծ ուշադրություն ենք դարձնում աշխատակիցների մասնագիտական զարգացմանն ու համակարգերի ավտոմատացմանը։ Ուրախությամբ կարող եմ ասել, որ մեր ջանքերը բարձր են գնահատվել գործընկերների կողմից», – նշել է նա։

Կայուն զարգացման օրակարգը՝ համատեղ աշխատանքի արդյունք

Ադրինե Թարխանյանը ներկայացրել է Կոնվերս Բանկի մոտեցումները կայուն և սոցիալապես պատասխանատու ֆինանսավորմանը՝ մասնակցելով ESG Integration: Driving Sustainable Finance պանելային քննարկմանը։

Նա շեշտել է, որ կայունության և սոցիալական պատասխանատվության քաղաքականությունը ժամանակակից տնտեսության պարտադիր պայման է։

«Բանկային համակարգը, որպես ֆինանսավորման հիմնական աղբյուր և տնտեսության շարժիչ ուժ, ունի որոշիչ դեր։ Համատեղ աշխատանքի շնորհիվ հնարավոր է առավել արդյունավետ իրականացնել ESG օրակարգը՝ ազդելով ոչ միայն ֆինանսական համակարգի, այլև երկրի զարգացման վրա», – ընդգծել է Ադրինե Թարխանյանը։

Նա կարևորել է նաև նորարարական լուծումների, այդ թվում՝ կանաչ պարտատոմսերի, կայուն, կանաչ ֆինանսավորման պրոդուկտների մշակման ու ներդրման անհրաժեշտությունը:

Հանձնառությունն ու համապատասխան մշակույթը՝ կայունության գրավական

Robust Risk Management: Understanding sanctions and compliance քննարկման ընթացքում Զարուհի Ավակիմյանը խոսել է պատժամիջոցների համապատասխանության ապահովման մասին։

Նրա դիտարկմամբ՝ արդյունավետ համակարգի հիմքում ոչ միայն տեխնիկական լուծումներն են, այլև կառավարման ռազմավարական մոտեցումները։
«Կարևոր է բարձր ղեկավարության հանձնառությունը, համապատասխան մշակույթի ինտեգրումը Բանկի բոլոր ստորաբաժանումներում, ինչպես նաև ծրագրային արդյունավետ լուծումների ներդրումը։ Հենց այս գործոնների համադրությամբ է հնարավոր ստեղծել կայուն և վստահելի համակարգ։ Միևնույն ժամանակ կարևորում ենք աշխատակիցների մասնագիտական հմտությունների զարգացումն ու մշտական հետադարձ կապը՝ խնդիրներից խուսափելու համար», – նշել է Ավակիմյանը։
