Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև տեղի կունենան անկլավների և տարածքների փոխանակում. ադրբեջանցի փորձագետ

Վստահ ենք, որ ժողովուրդները, հասարակությունը դեմ է հակամարտությանը և պատրաստակամ է սկսել հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացը և գոյակցումը Հայաստանի հետ, ինչը շատ կարևոր է մեզ համար: Այս մասին Երևանում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց Թոփչուբաշովի անվան վերլուծական կենտրոնի փոխտնօրեն ադրբեջանցի Մուրադ Մուրադովը:

«Կարծում եմ՝ ընդհանուր առմամբ հասարակությունները տալիս են դրական ժեստ, որ ավելի դրական և լավատեսական ֆոնի վրա գնա գոյակցումը միմյանց հետ»,- ասաց նա:

Հարցին՝ Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքում է գտնվում ադրբեջանական զինուժը, որպես խաղաղության քայլ, պատրաստվո՞ւմ են արդբեջանցիները դուրս գալ Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքներից, որոնք օկուպացրել են 2020-2023 թթ ընթացքում, Մուրադովը պատասխանեց. «Կարող ենք ասել՝ և՛ Հայաստանը, և՛ Ադրբեջանն ամբողջովին միմյանց տարածքային ամբողջականությունը ճանաչում են:

Բացի այդ, դելիմիտացիան մեկ ուղով չէ, որ պետք է անցնի, այլ մասերով էլ է իրականացվելու: Ինչ վերաբերում է օկուպացված տարածքներին՝ պետք է տեղի ունենան ժամանակի ընթացքում որոշակի տարածքների և անկլավների փոփոխություն: Որոշ տարածքներից դուրս կգան Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանը, և որոշակի փոփոխություն տեղի կունենա տարածքների»:
