Նռան մզվածքը բարձրացնում է երիտասարդության հորմոն IGF-1-ի մակարդակը. Nutrients

Մանչեսթերի քաղաքային համալսարանի (Manchester Metropolitan University) գիտնականները պարզել են, որ նռան մզվածքի ամենօրյա օգտագործումը բարձրացնում է 55-70 տարեկան մարդկանց «երիտասարդության հորմոն» IGF-1-ի մակարդակը։

Հետազոտության արդյունքները հրապարակվել են Nutrients գիտական  հանդեսում:

12 շաբաթ տևած գիտափորձին մասնակցել է 72 կամավոր։ Փորձարկման ենթարկվողները բաժանվել են երկու խմբի՝ օրական մեկ պարկուճ, որը պարունակում էր 740 մգ նռան մզվածք կամ պլացեբո։

Հետազոտության ավարտին առաջին խմբի կամավորների շրջանում IGF-1-ի մակարդակի զգալի աճ է նկատվել։ Աճի ինսուլինանման գործոն 1 անունով հայտնի այդ հորմոնը  կարևոր դեր է խաղում բջիջների աճի և թարմացումների կարգավորման, մկանների և ոսկորների ամրապնդման, ինչպես նաև անոթային և ուղեղի գործառույթների բարելավման գործում։ Տարիքի հետ IGF-1-ի մակարդակը սովորաբար նվազում է, ինչը կապված է ֆիզիկական ուժի կորստի, կենսունակության նվազման և տարբեր հիվանդությունների ռիսկի բարձրացման հետ։

Հետազոտությունը միաժամանակ ցույց է տվել, որ նռան մզվածքը էական ազդեցություն չի ունեցել թելոմերների երկարության վրա։ Թելոմերները քրոմոսոմների ծայրային հատվածներն են, որոնք կազմված են ԴՆԹ-ի կրկնվող նուկլեոտիդային հաջորդականություններից: Թելոմերները երբեմն անվանում են քրոմոսոմների «պաշտպանիչ թասիկներ»: Նախորդ հետազոտությունները ցույց են տվել, որ թելոմերների առողջությունն արտացոլում է բջջային ծերացման արագությունը։

Գիտնականները նշում են, որ նռան մզվածքի երիտասարդացնող ազդեցությունը հաստատելու համար անհրաժեշտ են հետագա երկարաժամկետ ուսումնասիրություններ: Հետագա փորձարկումները կօգնեն միաժամանակ բացառել մարդկանց շրջանում դրա կիրառմանն առնչվող ցանկացած հնարավոր ռիսկ:
