Ի՞նչ ունեցվածք ունի դատավոր Արմեն Դանիելյանը

Երեկ Վերաքննիչ դատարանի դատավոր Արմեն Դանիելյանն ԱԺ-ում փակ գաղտնի քվեարկությամբ՝ 65 կողմ ձայնով ընտրվեց Վճռաբեկ դատարանի քրեական պալատի դատավոր: 

Ի՞նչ ունեցվածք ունի նա. MediaHub-ն ուսումնասիրեց դատավորի անցած ճանապարհը և հաշվետու տարվա անշարժ գույքի և եկամուտների մասին հայտարարագիրը։ 

Ըստ այդմ, ուսումնասիրելով մամուլը ակնհայտ է դառնում, որ Դանիելյանն այնքան էլ լավ մասնագիտական համբավ չունի, նա հակասական կերպար է համարվում, և դա է վկայում նաև դատավորների աշխատանքը գնահատող կայքի նրա վարկանիշը։

Դանիելյանի վարկանիշը 100-ից 4 է, նրա ձեռքի տակով անցած գործերի կողմերը, մեղմ ասած, այդքան էլ գոհ չեն եղել նրա կատարած աշխատանքից։ Բացի այս, դատավորը հայտնի է երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին կալանավորելու որոշմամբ։

Ինչ վերաբերում է նրա ունեցվածքին, ապա դատավորը 2024 թվականի ընթացքում ձեռք է բերել բնակարան՝ 43 մլն 530 հազար դրամ արժողությամբ։ Ինչպես նաև, 2017 թվականից դատավորը ևս մեկ բնակարան ունի՝ Քանաքեռ-Զեյթունում։ 

Արմեն Դանիելյանը, որպես տրանսպորտային միջոց հայտարարագրել է MERCEDES-BENZ մակնիշի ավտոմեքենա, որը գնել է 2010 թվականին։ 

Հաշվետու տարվա սկզբում առկա փոխառության գումարը կազմել է  41 մլն և 2,5 մլն դրամ, որոնք հաշվետու տարվա վերջում զրոյացվել են։ Դատավորի բանկային հաշվի տարեսկզբի մնացորդը՝ 659 հազար դրամը տարվա վերջում դարձել է 1 մլն 177 հազար դրամ։

Արմեն Դանիելյանի կանխիկ դրամը հաշվետու տարում կազմել է 22 հազար դոլար և 12,500 մլն դրամ, որոնք հաշվետու տարվա վերջում պահպանվել են։ Տարվա ընթացքում նրա եկամուտը կազմել է 21 մլն 58 հազար դրամ։ 

Հաշվետու տարվա դեկտեմբերի 31-ի դրությամբ նրա վարկի մայր գումարի չափը կազմել է 42 մլն 791 հազար դրամ։

Նշենք, որ Արմեն Դանիելյանը նաև Բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի անդամ է:
