Առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոցների մաքսանենգությամբ զբաղվող հանցավոր խմբի անդամները կալանավորվել են

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի հատկապես կարևոր գործերի քննության գլխավոր վարչության մարդկանց թրաֆիքինգի, անչափահասների սեռական անձեռնմխելիության դեմ ուղղված և թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության հանցագործությունների քննության վարչությունում քննվող քրեական վարույթի նախաքննության ընթացքում ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության աշխատակիցների հետ համատեղ կատարված միջոցառումների արդյունքում առերևույթ փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ հանցավոր խումբը կատարել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոցների մաքսանենգություն, ինչպես նաև իրացնելու նպատակով ապօրինի տեղափոխել և պահել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոցներ: Հայտնում են ՔԿ-ից։

Մասնավորապես՝ հանցավոր խմբի անդամները նախնական համաձայնության են եկել ԻՀՀ 2 բնակչի հետ՝ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոցների մաքսանենգություն կատարելու և ՀՀ տարածքում դրանք ապօրինի իրացնելու վերաբերյալ, ինչի արդյունքում ձեռք են բերել առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով՝ «Մարիխուանա» տեսակի՝ ընդհանուր 3,5 կգ և «Մեթամֆետամին» տեսակի՝ ընդհանուր 2,9 կգ քաշով թմրամիջոցների պարունակությամբ փաթեթներ:

Այնուհետև՝ Ա.Խ.-ն թմրամիջոցների նշված փաթեթները մաքսային հսկողությունից թաքցնելով և թմրամիջոցի տեղափոխման համար սահմանված արգելքը խախտելով՝ ԻԻՀ-ից ապօրինի տեղափոխել է դեպի ՀՀ տարածք, ապա հիշյալ թմրամիջոցների փաթեթներն իրացնելու նպատակով շահադիտական դրդումներով ապօրինի պահել է թաքստոցում, որից հետո թմրամիջոցների գտնվելու վայրերը լուսանկարել ու աշխարհագրական տեղորոշումների հետ «WhatsApp» հավելվածով ուղարկել է ԻԻՀ տարածքից գործող խմբի անդամ ոմն Ա.Հ.-ին, որից հետո անմիջապես ձերբակալվել է ՀՀ ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցների կողմից: Հայտնում են ՔԿ-ից։

Մ.Ռ.-ի, Պ.Վ.-ի և Ս.Զ.-ի նկատմամբ հարուցվել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 44-393-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով (առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոցների, հոգեմետ (հոգեներգործուն) նյութերի, դրանց պատրաստուկների կամ դրանց համարժեք նյութերի (անալոգի) կամ դրանց ածանցյալների ապօրինի շրջանառությունն իրացնելու նպատակով կամ դրանք ապօրինի իրացնելու փորձը), Ա.Խ.-ի նկատմամբ՝ 393-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով (առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոցների, հոգեմետ (հոգեներգործուն) նյութերի, դրանց պատրաստուկների կամ դրանց համարժեք նյութերի (անալոգի) կամ դրանց ածանցյալների ապօրինի շրջանառությունն իրացնելու նպատակով կամ դրանք ապօրինի իրացնելը) և 399-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով (առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով՝ թմրամիջոցների, հոգեմետ (հոգեներգործուն) նյութերի, դրանց պատրաստուկների, դրանց համարժեք նյութերի (անալոգի) կամ դրանց ածանցյալների կամ դրանց պրեկուրսորների մաքսանենգություն), Է.Ջ.-ի նկատմամբ՝ 393-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով (առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոցների, հոգեմետ (հոգեներգործուն) նյութերի, դրանց պատրաստուկների կամ դրանց համարժեք նյութերի (անալոգի) կամ դրանց ածանցյալների ապօրինի շրջանառությունն իրացնելու նպատակով կամ դրանք ապօրինի իրացնելը):

Վերջիններիս նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառվել է կալանքը:

Քրեական վարույթը մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ ուղարկվել է հսկող դատախազին:

Ծանուցում. հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ Քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
