ԵՄ-ն ողջունել է «զգալի առաջընթացը»՝ Պուտինին դատելու համար հատուկ տրիբունալ ստեղծելու հարցում

Երեսունութ երկրների կոալիցիան, այդ թվում՝ Եվրամիության բոլոր անդամները, հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանի ղեկավարությանն Ուկրաինայի դեմ ագրեսիայի հանցագործության համար դատելու նպատակով հատուկ տրիբունալ ստեղծելու ուղղությամբ իրենց համատեղ աշխատանքում «մեծ առաջընթացի» մասին: Այս մասին գրում է euronews.com-ը:

Փորձագետների և իրավաբանների  աշխատանքը կենտրոնացած է իրավական կանոնադրության մշակման վրա, որը կհիմնի տրիբունալը և կորոշի դրա իրավասությունը: Կանոնադրությունը դեռ վերջնական չէ, սակայն կոալիցիան հուսով է, որ այն կարող է հաստատվել մինչև տարեվերջ:

Բրիտանական  The Guardian պարբերականը նշում է, որ սա բեկում է, որը կնշանակի, որ Ռուսաստանի՝ «ամենամեծ պատասխանատվությունը կրող» քաղաքական և ռազմական առաջնորդները պատասխանատվության կենթարկվեն: Նշվում է, որ ԵՄ-ն ողջունել է «զգալի առաջընթացը»՝ Պուտինին դատելու համար հատուկ տրիբունալ ստեղծելու հարցում:

«Կասկած չկա, որ Պուտինը կատարել է ագրեսիայի հանցագործություն՝ որոշելով հարձակվել մեկ այլ երկրի վրա»,- լրագրողներին ասել է ԵՄ արտաքին քաղաքականության հարցերով հանձնակատար Կայա Կալլասը։

Տրիբունալի ստեղծումը, նրա խոսքով, նաև Պուտինի և նրա վարչակարգի վրա «ճնշում գործադրելու» նպատակ է հետապնդում՝ «այս պատերազմն իսկապես դադարեցնելու, ինչպես նաև հստակ ազդանշան տալու այլ ագրեսորներին կամ ապագա ագրեսորներին, որոնք մտածում են կամ կարող են մտածել հարևան երկրների վրա հարձակվելու մասին»:
