Հետևում ենք Ադրբեջանում ընթացող դատավարություններին, Եվրոպական դատարան կներկայացվեն լրացուցիչ ապացույցներ, պահանջներ. Միջազգային իրավական հարցերով ներկայացուցիչ

Ադրբեջանում պահվող հայ ռազմագերիների և քաղաքացիական անձանց նկատմամբ հարուցված քրեական գործերով դատաքննության մեկնարկի առնչությամբ Միջազգային իրավական հարցերով ներկայացուցչի գրասենյակը հիշեցման կարգով հայտնում է, որ դեռեւս 2022 և 2024 թվականներին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կողմից՝ Ադրբեջանում ապօրինաբար մեղադրվող բոլոր հայ ռազմագերիների և քաղաքացիական անձանց արդար դատաքննության, ազատության և անձնական անձեռնմխելիության իրավունքների պաշտպանությանն ուղղված երկու միջպետական գանգատ է ներկայացվել Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարան։ Այս մասին ասված է Միջազգային իրավական հարցերով ներկայացուցիչ Եղիշե Կիրակոսյանի ֆեյսբուքյան էջում:

«ՄԻՀՆ գրասենյակը հետևում է նաև այս օրերին Ադրբեջանում ընթացող դատավարություններին։ Ցանկանում ենք տեղեկացնել, որ ըստ սահմանված ընթացակարգի և ժամկետների Եվրոպական դատարան կներկայացվեն անհրաժեշտ լրացուցիչ ապացույցներ և պահանջներ»։

Հիշեցնենք, որ հունվարի 17-ին Բաքվի ռազմական դատարանում կայացել է օկուպացված Արցախի Հանրապետության ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության ներկայացուցիչների դեմ շինծու գործերով դատավարությունը:

Ադրբեջանն Արցախի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարությանը մեղադրում է «ահաբեկչության», «ռազմական հանցագործությունների» և «ցեղասպանության» համար։

Քրեական գործով մեղադրական եզրակացությունը դեկտեմբերի 16-ին հաստատվել է Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր դատախազի կողմից և ուղարկվել Բաքվի զինվորական դատարան՝ քննության։

Ադրբեջանի գլխավոր դատախազի որոշմամբ՝ 1987-ի հոկտեմբերից մինչև 2024-ի ապրիլի 22-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում կատարված «հանցագործությունների» առնչությամբ գլխավոր դատախազության և երկրի այլ քննչական մարմինների կողմից քննված 1,389 քրեական գործերը միավորվել են մեկ վարույթում։
