Գյումրիում կեղծ օղիներ պատրաստելու և իրացնելու դեպքեր են բացահայտվել (տեսանյութ)

Քրեական ոստիկանության Շիրակի մարզային վարչությունում դեկտեմբերի 19-ին օպերատիվ տեղեկություն էր ստացվել, որ Գյումրիի բնակիչ 63-ամյա տղամարդը 31-ամյա համաքաղաքացու հետ Ռասկատլյան փողոցի հասցեներից մեկում, առանց համապատասխան թույլտվության, պատրաստում, շշալցնում, ակցիզավորում և իրացնում է կեղծ օղիներ:
Տեղեկությունները ստուգելու նպատակով քրեական ոստիկաններն այցելել են նշված հասցե: 63-ամյա տղամարդը հայտնել է, որ տեղեկությունը ճիշտ է: Նա ոստիկաններին ցույց է տվել ավտոտնակի տեսանելի հատվածում դրված շշալցված օղիները, օղու տարաները և պիտակները: Այս մասին հայտնում են ՆԳՆ-ից:

«Նման մի տեղեկություն էլ ստացել էին Համայնքային ոստիկանության Կումայրիի բաժնի ծառայողները: Նույն օրը դեկտեմբերի 19-ին համայնքային ոստիկանները մեկնեցին Գյումրիի Դանիելյան փողոց: Նշված տանն ու կից շինությունում հայտնաբերվեցին մեծ քանակի տարբեր մակնշումներով շշալցված օղիներ, դատարկ տարաներ, արկղեր ու խցաններ:
32-ամյա տանտերը հայտնեց, որ հայտնաբերվածն իրենն է, օղիներն անձամբ շշալցրել է մոտ երեք ամիս առաջ վաճառելու նպատակով:
Երկու դեպքով էլ կազմված փաստաթղթերն ուղարկվել են Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչություն:

Ամանորին ընդառաջ ոստիկանները ձեռնարկում են միջոցներ, որ տոնական սեղաններին չհայտնվեն կեղծ խմիչքներ: Ապօրինի ձեռնարկատիրությունն ինքնին քրեորեն պատժելի արարք է, իսկ այս դեպքում նաև անմիջականորեն վտանգվում է մարդկանց առողջությունը: Ի դեպ, տարիներ առաջ արձանագրվել էր կեղծ խմիչքից զանգվածային թունավորման դեպք, եղան նաև զոհեր:

Ուստի ևս մեկ անգամ կոչ ենք անում` չզբաղվել ապօրինի ձեռնարկատիրության այս վտանգավոր տեսակով: Իրավապահ մարմինները նման հարցերում հատկապես հետևողական են»:
