Մոնտենեգրոյի Պետրովաց քաղաքում ավարտին է մոտեցել 2024 թվականի շախմատի Եվրոպայի անհատական առաջնությունը: Չեմպիոն է դարձել սերբ գրոսմայստեր Ալեքսանդր Ինջիչը, ով 11 հնարավորից վաստակել է 9 միավոր: Բելգիացի գրոամայստեր Դանիել Դարդհան 8.5 միավորով դարձել է արծաթե մեդալակիր: Գերմանացի գրոսմայստեր Ֆրեդերիկ Սվանեն եզրափակել է լավագույն եռյակը 8 միավորով:

Հայ շախմատիստներից աշխարհի գավաթի ուղեգիր է նվաճել գրոսմայստեր Ռոբերտ Հովհաննիսյանը, ով վաստակել է 8 միավոր և զբաղեցրել 8-րդ հորիզոնականը:
