Կուբայի քաղաքացին կալանավորվել է՝ թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության մեղադրանքով

2024 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 20-ին՝ ժամը 08:00-ի սահմաններում, ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության պարեկային ծառայության Երևան քաղաքի պարեկները, Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի Շենգավիթ փողոցում ծառայություն իրականացնելիս, Երևանյան լճի հարևանությամբ, նկատել են կասկածելի վարքագծով երկու երիտասարդի:

Ապօրինի թմրամիջոց ձեռք բերելու, պահելու, օգտագործելու և իրացնելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածանքով վերջիններս տեղափոխվել են Ոստիկանության Շենqшվիթի բաժին։

Պարզվել է, որ նշված անձինք Կուբայի Հանրապետության քաղաքացիներ են: Նրանցից մեկի անձնական խուզարկությամբ հայտնաբերվել է մեկ հատ ծալովի դանակ, իսկ մյուսի մոտ՝ տարբեր գույների կպչուն ժապավեններով փաթեթավորված, 46.44 գրամ քաշով, ընդհանուր 34 փաթեթ սպիտակ բյուրեղանման զանգված, որի կապակցությամբ վերջինս հայտարարել է, որ հայտնաբերվածը «Կրիստալ» տեսակի թմրամիջոց է:

Հաղորդման առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 334-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, 393-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով:

Հայտնաբերվածի ճշգրիտ քաշը և բաղադրությունը պարզելու նպատակով վարույթի շրջանակներում նշանակվել են դատաքիմիական, իսկ սառը գենքի մասով՝ քրեագիտական փորձաքննություններ, որոնց կատարումը հանձնարարվել է «ՀՀ ՔԿ փորձաքրեագիտական կենտրոն» ՊՈԱկ-ի փորձագետներին:

Առանձին փաթեթներից վերցված սպիտակավուն փոշեբյուրեղանման զանգվածի փորձաքննությամբ պարզվել է, որ այն «a-PVP» տեսակի թմրամիջոց է:

Քննությամբ ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալներով նշված անձանցից մեկը թմրամիջոցը ձեռք է բերել տելեգրամյան կայքի միջոցով՝ անհայտ անձից, որի համար վճարումը կատարել է վճարային տերմինալի միջոցով:

Նշված անձի նկատմամբ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 393-րդ հոդվածի 3֊րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով հանրային քրեական հետապնդում հարուցելու որոշում է կայացվել և ներկայացվել է մեղադրանք։

Միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան՝ վերջինիս նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու վերաբերյալ, որը բավարարվել է:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ թմրամիջոցի ձեռք բերման աղբյուրը, ինչպես նաև՝ իրացման հնարավոր այլ դեպքերը բացահայտելու ուղղությամբ:

Ծանուցում. Հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
