IDBank выпускает 3-ий транш долларовых облигаций 2024 года

17 июня 2024 года IDBank разместил именные купонные облигации под идентификационным кодом ценной бумаги AMANLBB2QER7 - посредством публичного размещения на следующих условиях:

  • Общий объем - 3 млрд драмов РА
  • Годовая процентная ставка - 9,50%
  • Срок обращения облигаций - 27 месяцев
  • Облигации будут выплачиваться ежеквартально
  • Срок погашения - 17/09/2026

Облигации будут размещены с 17 июня 2024 года по 16 августа 2024 года включительно.

После размещения будет осуществлен листинг облигаций в ОАО «Армянская фондовая биржа», и облигации будут котироваться посредством создателя рынка (Marketmaker).

Облигации можно приобрести онлайн, сделав несколько кликов, не посещая банк. Просто зайдите в раздел «Ценные бумаги» на онлайн-платформе IDBanking.am, выберите тип и количество облигаций и оформите покупку. 

Полная информация об облигациях будет доступна в приложении Idram&IDBank сразу после покупки: в разделе «Облигации» подраздела «Банковские услуги» представлены отличительный код, количество, номинальная стоимость, годовой купонный доход, дата выплаты купона и дата погашения облигаций.
