IDBank выпускает 2-ой транш долларовых облигаций 2024 года

13 мая 2024 года IDBank разместил именные купонные облигации под аббревиатурой AMANLBB2PER9 посредством публичного размещения на следующих условиях:

 

  • Общий объем - 5 миллионов долларов
  • Годовая процентная ставка - 4,75%
  • Срок обращения облигаций - 39 месяцев
  • Облигации будут выплачиваться ежеквартально
  • Срок погашения - 13 августа 2027г.

 

Облигации будут размещены с 13 мая 2024 года по 12 июля 2024 года включительно. Стоит отметить, что это 25-й юбилейный выпуск долларовых облигаций IDBank.

После размещения будет осуществлен листинг облигаций в ОАО «Армянская фондовая биржа», и облигации будут котироваться посредством создателя рынка (Marketmaker).
