Լոռիում 24-ամյա տղան 93-ամյա կնոջ նկատմամբ սեքսուալ բնույթի բռնի գործողություններ է կատարել և սպանել. նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է

Ավարտվել է Լոռու մարզի Ագարակ բնակավայրում 24-ամյա երիտասարդի կողմից համագյուղացու տուն ներխուժելու,  93-ամյա տանտիրուհու նկատմամբ սեքսուալ բնույթի բռնի գործողություններ կատարելու, նրա սպանության,  ինչպես նաև վերջինիս բնակարանից կատարված գողության դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությունը։

Այսպես․  2023 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 1-ին Ստեփանավանի բժշկական կենտրոնից ահազանգ էր ստացվել այն մասին, որ կանչով Ագարակի բնակչուհու տուն մեկնած շտապօգնության խումբը, վերջինիս գտել է անկողնում մահացած վիճակում, գլխին՝  արյան հետքերով։

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում կատարված վարութային և ապացուցողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել և հիմնավորվել է, որ տարեց կնոջ առերևույթ սպանությունը կատարել է վերջինիս համագյուղացին՝  նրա տուն ներխուժելու հանգամանքը թաքցնելու նպատակով։

Մասնավորապես, 24-ամյա երիտասարդը 2023թ․ նոյեմբերի 30-ին՝  ժամը 23:30-ի սահմաններում, գտնվելով ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ, այցելել է նախկին ընկերուհու տուն ու թակել լուսամուտը։

Սակայն, տեսնելով, որ տանտերերն իրեն նկատել են, վազելով հասել է հարևանությամբ գտնվող տուն, կոտրել պատուհանի ապակին ու, խախտելով 93-ամյա կնոջ բնակարանի անձեռնմխելիությունը՝ պատուհանով ապօրինի մուտք է գործել նրա բնակարան:

Այնտեղ գտնվելու ընթացքում երիտասարդը մտել է տանտիրուհու  ննջասենյակ, որտեղ էլ կինն իրեն նկատել է, ինչից հետո  իր կողմից նրա բնակարան ապօրինի մուտք գործելը թաքցնելու նպատակով, կնոջը կյանքից զրկելու դիտավորությամբ, բռունցքով բազմաթիվ հարվածներ է հասցրել տարեց կնոջ գլխի և դեմքի շրջաններին՝ նրան պատճառելով մահացու վնասվածքներ։

Բացի այդ, իր կողմից հասցված վնասվածքների հետևանքով անօգնական վիճակում գտնվող կնոջ կամքն անտեսելով, երիտասարդը նախքան նրա մահանալը, վերջինիս  նկատմամբ կատարել  է սեռական բնույթի բռնի գործողություններ։ Այնուհետև, գողացել է  տանտիրուհուն պատկանող երկու բջջային հեռախոսներն ու  հեռացել:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստական տվյալների հիման վրա Ագարակի 24-ամյա բնակչին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի մի քանի հոդվածներով․  207-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով,  155-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 13-րդ կետով, 198-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 254-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով։

Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանքը։

Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է։ Քրեական վարույթի նյութերը, նրա վերաբերյալ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել են դատարան։

Ծանուցում. Հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով, դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
