Այնթապցի երիտասարդները ձերբակալվել են Արենի գյուղի շուկայում կեղծ թղթադրամներ իրացրելու մեղադրանքով

Ապրիլի 14-ին, ժամը 22.45-ին, Արենի գյուղի մի բնակչից ոստիկանության Եղեգնաձորի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ գյուղի տարածքում գտնվող իր առևտրի տաղավարից անծանոթ անձը գնել է երեք բանկա մուրաբա, որոնց համար վճարել է երկու հազար անվանական արժեքով կեղծ կեղծ թղթադրամ:

Ոստիկանության Եղագնաձորի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը մեկնեց դեպքի վայր: Պարզվեց, որ շուկայում եղել է նման ևս մեկ դեպք: Մի կին բանավոր հաղորդում տվեց, որ «Մերսեդես» մակնիշի մեքենայի երկու ուղևոր իրենից գնել են մեկ լիտր գինի` 1500 դրամ արժողությամբ, վճարել են 5 հազար դրամանոց թղթադրամ, վերցրել մանրն ու հեռացել: Հինգհազարանոցը կեղծ էր:

Ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում ստացվեցին հավաստի տեղեկություններ, որ կեղծ թղթադրամներ իրացնելու նպատակով «Մերսեդեսով» շուկա են մտել Արարատի մարզի Այնթապ գյուղի բնակիչ` 26, 25 և 24 տարեկան երեք երիտասարդ, որոնցից երկուսը` եղբայր:

Եղեգնաձորի բաժնի քրեական հետախույզները համագործակցեցին ոստիկանության Արարատի մարզի պարեկների հետ: Կեսգիշերից 15 րոպե անց Երևան-Մեղրի ճանապարհին՝ Ոսկետափի կամրջի մոտ, հանցանք կատարելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի առկայության հիմքով երտասարդները ձերբակալվեցին ու տեղափոխվեցին Եղեգնաձորի բաժին: «Մերսեդեսը» տեղափոխվեց բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք:

Այնթապցի երիտասարդներն ու կազմված փաստաթղթերը ներկայացվել են Վայոց ձորի մարզային քննչական վարչություն: Հանգամանքները պարզվում են:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
