25-ամյա երիտասարդը կալանավորվել է՝ ծնողների նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու մեղադրանքով

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք–Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական երկրորդ բաժնում քննություն է իրականացվում՝ Երևանի 25–ամյա բնակչի կողմից ծնողների նկատմամբ առերևույթ բռնություն գործադրելու դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։

2024 թվականի մարտի 21-ին «Հերացի» թիվ 1 համալսարանական հիվանդանոցից հաղորդումներ են ստացվել այն մասին, որ Երևան քաղաքի Սայաթ-Նովա փողոցում գտնվող շենքերից մեկից «գլխուղեղի վնասվածք՝ հարցականով, քթի կոտրվածք հարցականով» և «ԳՈՒՎ հարցականով» ախտորոշումներով շտապօգնության խմբի կողմից տարբեր ժամերի իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության են տեղափոխվել հիշյալ շենքում բնակվող 60-ամյա ամուսիններ։

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 167-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 9-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ, որի նախաքննության կատարումը հանձնարարվել է քննչական խմբի։

Նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռք բերված նախնական տվյալների համաձայն՝ 2024 թվականի մարտի 20-ին Երևան քաղաքի Սայաթ-Նովա փողոցում գտնվող շենքի բնակարաններից մեկում 25–ամյա երիտասարդը վիճաբանել է ծնողների հետ, որի ընթացքում հարվածներ է հասցրել մոր մարմնի տարբեր մասերին՝ առողջությանը պատճառելով միջին աստիճանի մարմնական վնասվածքներ, ինչպես նաև ֆիզիկական ներգործություն է կատարել հոր նկատմամբ՝ հարվածներ հասցնելով վերջինիս մարմնի տարբեր հատվածներին։

Վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի կողմից միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել հսկող դատախազին՝ 25–ամյա երիտասարդի նկատմամբ հանրային քրեական հետապնդում հարուցելու մասին, որը բավարարվել է, և վերջինիս մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 195-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ կետով և 167-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 9-րդ կետով։ Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանքը։

Կատարվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և վարութային գործողություններ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու համար, հանձնարարություններ են տրվել ՀՀ ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության համապատասխան բաժնին՝ քրեական վարույթի համար էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հարցեր պարզաբանելու ուղղությամբ օպերատիվ հետախուզական միջոցառումներ ձեռնարկելու վերաբերյալ։
