«Ընդունում եմ, որ բռնաբարել եմ 12 տարեկան աղջկան»․ ուշագրավ իրավիճակ Պեմզաշենի դաժան սպանության գործով

Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը՝ դատավոր Արտուշ Գաբրիելյանի նախագահությամբ, այսօր շարունակում է քննել Շիրակի մարզի Պեմզաշեն գյուղում նախորդ տարի տեղի ունեցած դաժան սպանության գործը։

Գործով մեղադրող դատախազը դատարանում ընթերցեց մեղադրական եզրակացությունը։ Մեղադրանքում մանրամասն ներկայացվեց, թե ինչ հանգամանքներում և ինչպես են Վրույր և Արկադի Բարսեղյանները սպանել ընտանիքի անդամներին։

Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ Վրույր Բարսեղյանը Արկադի Բարսեղյանի հետ նախնական համաձայնությամբ՝ ուրիշի գույքն ապօրինի, անհատույց ձեռք բերելու նախնական դիտավորությամբ, խմբով, բռնություն գործադրելով և բնակարան ապօրինի մուտք գործելով կատարել են հափշտակություն՝ ավազակություն, իր հերթին, Արկադի Միսաքի Բարսեղյանի հետ, իրենց կողմից կատարված ավազակությունը (այլ հանցանքը թաքցնելու), ինչպես նաև՝ նախկինում Արկադի Բարսեղյանի կողմից Զարինե Մելիքսեթյանին արտաամուսնական կապ ունենալու առաջարկ անելու հանգամանքը թաքցնելու նպատակով, շահադիտական նպատակով և առանձին դաժանությամբ սպանել՝ ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկել է Զարինե Մելիքսեթյանին, բացի այդ, իր ու Արկադի Միսաքի Բարսեղյանի կողմից կատարված հանցանքները՝ ավազակությունը և Զարինե Մելիքսեթյանի սպանությունը թաքցնելու նպատակով, Արկադի Բարսեղյանի հետ խմբով, առանձին դաժանությամբ սպանել՝ ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկել է անօգնական վիճակում գտնվող 8-ամյա Սարգիս Մելիքսեթյանին և 11-ամյա Կարինե Մելիքսեթյանին, և՝ նախքան վերջինիս ապօրինաբար կյանքից զրկելը, սեռական հարաբերություն է ունեցել 12 տարին չլրացած՝ 11-ամյա Կարինե Մելիքսեթյանի հետ:

Բացի այդ, Վրույր Բարսեղյանը հանդիսանալով ՀՀ ԱՆ «Երևան-Կենտրոն» ՔԿ հիմնարկի կալանավորված անձ, քննությամբ չպարզված օրն ու ժամանակին պատրաստել է կտրող, կյանքից զրկելու և առողջությանը վնաս պատճառելու համար նախատեսված այլ առարկա, պահել է այն, որն էլ հայտնաբերվել է նախորդ տարվա մայիսի 2-ին։

Արկադի Բարսեղյանի պաշտպանները դատարանում հայտարարեցին, թե առաջադրված մեղադրանքներն անհիմն են, մերկապարանոց, և դրանք չեն բխում գործի նյութերում եղած փաստական տվյալներից։

Արկադի Բարսեղյանն էլ հայտարարեց, որ իբրև ինքը որևէ կապ չունի այդ դեպքի հետ, և, որ այդ անձանց նա չի էլ տեսել․ «Թող ինձ նստացնեն ստի դետեկտորի վրա, եթե ես ստում եմ, թող պարզվի»։

Մյուս ամբաստանյալը՝ Վրույր Բարսեղյանը դատարանում հայտարարեց՝ ընդունում է, որ բռնաբարել է 12-ամյա Կարինեին, սակայն սպանության հետ, իր խոսքով՝ ինքը կապ չունի․ «Ես սպանության հետ գործ չունեմ։ Ես բռնաբարության մեջ իմ մեղքն ընդունում եմ, էդ մարդկանց սպանելը հարյուր տոկոսով ես չեմ։ Եթե ես չբռնաբարեի, ես կընկնեի Զարինե օրին։ Արկադի բարսեղյանի առաջ ես միշտ տուժող եմ եղել։ Ես որ մի բան արել եմ, ինձ կանչել ու ծեծել են»։

Վրույր Բարսեղյանը ցանկություն հայտնեց հանդիպել դատախազի հետ, նշելով, որ հետո կարող է ուշ լինել․ «Ես կուզեմ պարոն դատախազի հետ հանդիպել։ Բաներ կան, որ ես չեմ կարող այստեղ ապացուցեմ, բայց ապացուցելու շատ բան կա։ Հետո կարող է ուշ լինել»։
