ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննություն է տարվում՝ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության և մաքսանենգության հերթական դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:

ՀՀ ԱԱԾ Սյունիքի մարզային վարչության աշխատակիցների կողմից ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների, ապա նաև ՀՀ ՔԿ Սյունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության քննիչների կողմից իրականացրած վարութային և ապացուցողական անհրաժեշտ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են խմբի կողմից թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ, այդ թվում՝ խմբի անդամներից չորսի ինքնությունը, ովքեր հանդիսանում են Արմավիրի մարզի բնակիչներ:

Մասնավորապես, պարզվել է, որ հանցավոր խմբի հիշյալ չորս անդամները պայմանավորվածություն են ձեռք բերել Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունում բնակվող անձի հետ՝ իրացնելու նպատակով, մաքսանենգ եղանակով առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով տարբեր տեսակի թմրամիջոցներ Հայաստան տեղափոխելու շուրջ:

2024թ. հունվարի 25-ին հիշյալ անձինք ավտոմեքենայով գնացել են Մեղրի քաղաքի մոտ գտնվող սահմանային գոտի, որտեղ ԻԻՀ վերոհիշյալ բնակչի հրահանգով ինքնությունը չպարզված անձը, մաքսային հսկողությունից թաքցնելով, Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետությունից փոխանցել է տոպրակների մեջ փաթեթավորված վիճակում տարբեր տեսակի թմրամիջոցների նմանվող՝ ընդհանուր շուրջ 13կգ. քաշով զանգվածներ, որոնց մի մասը հանցավոր խմբի անդամները թաքցրել են վերը նշված ավտոմեքենայում, իսկ մնացած մասը հետագայում, վերցնելու և իրացնելու նպատակով, թաքցրել են սահմանագոտուն հարակից տարածքում, որը հետագայում գտնվել և առգրավվել է վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի կողմից:

Նշանակված փորձաքննության եզրակացությամբ արդեն իսկ հաստատվել է, որ հայտնաբերված զանգվածից 349,15 գրամը հանդիսանում են «Մեթամֆետամին» տեսակի, իսկ 1146,58 գրամը՝ «Մարիխուանա» տեսակի առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոցներ, մնացած մասով փորձաքննությունը դեռևս շարունակվում է։

Ձեռք բերված բավարար փաստերի հիման վրա հիշյալ չորս անձանց մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 393-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով (իրացման նպատակով առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառությունը), 46-399-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով (առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոցների մաքսանենգությանն օժանդակելը):

Միջնորդություններ են ներկայացվել դատարան՝ նրանց նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կալանք կիրառելու վերաբերյալ, որոնք բավարարվել են։

Քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:

Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ հանցագործության հանգամանքները լիարժեք պարզելու, ինչպես նաև հանցավոր խմբում ներգրավված այլ անձանց առկայությունը պարզելու ուղղությամբ:

Ոստիկանությանն համապատասխան ստորաբաժանմանը տրվել են հանձնարարություններ:

 

Ծանուցում. Հանցանքի համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգովդատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
