ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության ՔՈԳՎ և Մալաթիայի բաժնի ծառայողները համատեղ իրականացրած միջոցառումների արդյունքում հունվարի 25-ին, ժամը 21.30-ին, ապօրինի զենք-զինամթերք պահելու կասկածանքով Լենինգրադյան փողոցում ձերբակալել և, «Ռենջ Ռովեր» մակնիշի մեքենայով հանդերձ, Մալաթիայի բաժին են ներկայացրել Կոտայքի մարզի Մարմարիկ գյուղի 33-ամյա մի բնակչի:

Բաժնում նա հայտնել է, որ մեքենայի սրահի պահոցում պահում է «Մակարով» տիպի ատրճանակ՝ փամփուշտներով, որն անօրինական է, իսկ բեռնախցիկում պահում է տարբեր տեսակի ինքնաձիգներ և ռազմամթերք, որոնք հաշվառված են իր անվամբ:

Մեքենան տեղափոխվել է բաժնի հատուկ պահպանվող տարածք

Հունվարի 30-ին քննչական բաժնից գրություն է ստացվել, որ նշված մեքենայի խուզարկության ժամանակ մարմարիկցի 33-ամյա երիտասարդը սրահից ներկայացրել է «Մակարով» տիպի ատրճանակ, 9 մմ տրամմաչափի 2 փամփուշտ, բեռնախցիկից՝ իր անվամբ հաշվառված երկու ինքնաձիգ և «Սայգա» գրառմամբ մեկ պահեստատուփ՝ լիցքավորված 30 փամփուշտով, չորս տուփ փամփուշտ, մեկ դատարկ փամփշտատուփ, իսկ մեքենայի սրահից հայտնաբերվել է դանակ:
