Եթե Ադրբեջանը հետաքրքրված է հումանիտար աղետի վերացմամբ, պիտի չարգելի Լաչինի միջանցքով մատակարարումը

Ադրբեջանական աղբյուրներն այսօր տեղեկություն տարածեցին Բաքվից Ստեփանակերտ Կարմիր Մահիկի հովանու ներքո հումանիտար բեռ ուղարկելու վերաբերյալ, սակայն արցախյան կողմի հետ տվյալ հարցով որևէ պայմանավորվածություն չի եղել: Այս մասին «Արցախպրես»-ի հարցմանն ի պատասխան նշել է Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակ Լուսինե Ավանեսյանը` հավելելով, ոը հետևաբար, այդ քայլը ուղղված է եղած խնդիրները խորացնելուն, բայց ոչ լուծելուն։

«Քաշաթաղի ( Լաչինի ) միջանցքի `սահմանված ռեժիմի վերագործարկման խնդիրը եղել և մնում է առաջնահերթ, և ադրբեջանական կողմի հետ որևէ երկխոսություն պետք է ծավալվի նախ և առաջ այդ հարցի շուրջ։ Միջանցքը պետք է ազատ և անխափան գործի ինչպես մարդկանց, այնպես էլ բեռների ու մեքենաների երկկողմանի տեղաշարժի համար։

Եթե Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններն իրոք հետաքրքրված են Արցախի ժողովրդի ծանրագույն հումանիտար աղետի վերացմամբ ու ցեղասպանության կասեցմամբ, ապա պետք է ոչ թե կեղծ մարդասիրություն խաղան, այլ պարզապես չարգելեն Լաչինի միջանցքով Արցախի մատակարարումների վերականգնմանը, ինչպես նախատեսված է 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ և Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի հրամաններով»,- ընդգծել է Լ.Ավանեսյանը։
