Հրաշալի լուր՝ Արցախից. տեսանյութ

Այսօր ՌԴ խաղաղապահների կողմից տեղի է ունեցել Ռուսաստանի և Արցախի 41 քաղաքացիների տեղափոխություն Արցախից Հայաստան, որն առաջին դեպքն է հունիսի 14-ից ի վեր: ՌԴ քաղաքացիները վաղուց սպասում էին իրենց տեղափոխությանը, իսկ Արցախի քաղաքացիները ուսանողներ են, որոնք ընդունվել են ՀՀ և արտասահմանյան բուհեր: Ըստ խաղաղապահների հետ ձեռքբերված նախնական պայմանավորվածության՝ առաջիկա օրերին շարունակվելու է ուսանողների և ՌԴ քաղաքացիների տեղափոխությունը:

Այնուամենայնիվ, ադրբեջանական կողմը շարունակում է խոչընդոտել բազմաթիվ անձանց երկկողմանի տեղաշարժը: Այս պահի դրությամբ, հարյուրավոր քաղաքացիներ Հայաստանում սպասում են Արցախ վերադարձին, շտապ և պլանային առողջական հիմքերով 333 անձ հերթագրված է Կարմիր խաչի միջոցով Հայաստան տեղափոխվելու համար՝ չհաշված հումանիտար, աշխատանքային և այլ նպատակներով երկկողմանի տեղաշարժի անհրաժեշտությունը հազարավոր անձանց մոտ:

Ադրբեջանական կողմը շարունակում է նվաստացուցիչ պայմաններ ստեղծել Հակարիի կամրջի մոտ տեղակայված ապօրինի անցակետում՝ ի լրումն Արցախի քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ անօրինական հսկողության ու խոչընդոտների: Մասնավորապես, անձանց կամքին հակառակ՝ ադրբեջանցիները և իրենց հրավիրած լրագրողները հերթական անգամ նկարահանել են նրանց դեմքերը և օգտագործել քարոզչական նպատակներով: Բացի դրանից, ադրբեջանական կողմը թույլ չի տվել ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորակազմի մեքենաները անցնեն Հակարիի կամուրջը՝ ստիպելով ուղևորներին իրենց բեռներով հանդերձ ոտքով անցնել կամուրջը, որից հետո Գորիսից ընդառաջ եկած մեքենաներով շարունակել են ճանապարհը (ապացույցը՝ կից տեսանյութով):

Հունիսի 15-ից առ այսօր Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է արգելել Հայաստանից Արցախ բոլոր հումանիտար բեռների տեղաշարժը, ինչի հետևանքով օրեցօր խորանում է հումանիտար աղետն Արցախում: Իսկ ՀՀ Սյունիքի մարզի Կոռնիձոր համայնքում՝ Լաչինի միջանցքի մուտքի մոտ հուլիսի 26-ից շարունակում է կասեցված մնալ Արցախի համար ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից ուղարկված շուրջ 400 տոննա հումանիտար աջակցությունը:

Ադրբեջանական ապօրինի անցակետով քաղաքացիների անցումը որևէ կերպ չի փոխում Արցախի Հանրապետության կառավարության դիրքորոշումը Լաչինի միջանցքում գործող այդ անցակետի և ադրբեջանական մնացած խոչընդոտների վերաբերյալ: Արցախի Հանրապետության կառավարությունը շարունակում է պնդել, որ պետք է ամբողջությամբ վերականգնվի անձանց, մեքենաների ու բեռների անխափան ու երկկողմանի տեղաշարժը Լաչինի միջանցքով՝ առանց ադրբեջանական որևէ միջամտության՝ համաձայն 2020թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության և ՄԱԿ-ի Արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի 2023թ. փետրվարի 22-ի և հուլիսի 6-ի հրաման։
