Արցախցի Դավիթ Մինասյանը քիչ առաջ ահազանգեց, որ իրեն երկու օր առաջ՝ ուրբաթ օրը իրավապահները բռնի ուժով բերման են ենթարկել, ինչ է թե ինքը մոտ 300 այլ արցախցիների հետ Ստեփանակերտի Վերածննդի հրապարակում բողոքի ակցիա է իրականացրել՝ պահանջելով սննդով ապահովել իրենց։

«Հասկանո՞ւմ եք՝ մարդիկ սոված են։ Օր օրի վիճակն ավելի է բարդանում։ Մարդիկ աշխատում են, գումար վաստակում, բայց խանութները դատարկ են, ուտելիք չկա, որ գնենք, ուտենք։ Ու մենք դուրս էինք եկել բողոքի ակցիայի՝ պահանջելով խոսել, լուծումներ գտնել։ Մեր նախագահն ու նախարարները լռում են, ոչինչ չեն ասում, բայց մենք գիտենք, որ պահեստներում իրենք իրենց համար ամեն ինչ ունեն։ Մենք սոված ենք, իրենք ու իրենց հարազատները՝ կուշտ»,- MediaHub-ի հետ զրույցում ներկայացրեց Մինասյանը։

Նա նշեց, որ ակցիային իր հետ մասնակցել են բազմազավակ ծնողներ, որոնց երեխաները ևս ուտելիք չունեն, մարդ է եղել, որ իր հաշմանդամություն ունեցող երեխաների հետ է դուրս եկել փողոց։ Եվ գիշերը երկուսի մոտակայքում, երբ մի քանի հոգի է մնացել հրապարակում, անձրև է սկսվել ու ինքը քայլել է դեպի տուն, իրեն բերման են ենթարկել.

«Քայլում էի, ոստիկանության «Ուազ»-ից երկու հոգի սև դիմակներով եկան, թևերս ոլորեցին ու ինձ տարան մեքենան գցեցին։ Հետո նրանցից մեկն իր դիմակը հանեց, ինձ հագցրեց, ձեռքերիս էլ ձեռնաշղթաներ գցեցին ու սկսեցին ինձ խփել։ Ասում էին՝ ինչի՞ ես դուրս եկել փողոց, ինչի՞ ես բողոքում, սաղս էլ սոված ենք։ Կամ եթե սով ա, բոլորս էլ պիտի սոված մնանք։ Ես էլ պատասխանեցի, որ բոլորիս համար եմ դուրս եկել։ Ինձ ծեծեցին, բայց դեմքիս չէին խփում, միայն ականջիս են խփել, որ մինչև հիմա չեմ լսում»,- պատմեց Դավիթ Մինասյանը։

Նա նշեց, որ դիմակի անցքից տեսել է, որ իրեն տանում են Մարտակերտի Ոստիկանության բաժին։ Այնտեղ էլ, իր խոսքով, Մարտակերտի ու Ստեփանակերտի ոստիկանապետերն են բռնություն կիրառել իր նկատմամբ, հաջորդ օրն էլ ոստիկանության աշխատողներից մեկը հարցրել է՝ հը, խելքդ գլուխդ եկա՞վ, էլ կբողոքե՞ս։

«Ես էլ այդ ակցիայի օրը երեք կարտոֆիլ էի կերել առավոտյան, ամբողջ գիշեր սոված եմ անցկացրել, ուտելիք չկա։ Ինչևէ, հետո ինձ գիշերվա կեսին էլի դիմակ հագցրած բերեցին Ստեփանակերտ, մեր տնից մի քիչ վերև իջեցրին։ Բայց սա ի՞նչ է։ Հասկանո՞ւմ եք՝ ես արցախցի եմ, մարդ, որ աշխատում է, բայց ուտելիք չի կարողանում գնել։ Ամեն անգամ բողոքում ենք, բայց պատասխան տվող չկա։ Ով գնում պետնախարարի մոտ բողոքում է, մի երկու բան ստանում է, լռում է։ Էսպես էլ չենք կարող։ Իրենց համար ուտելիք կա, մեր համար՝ չկա։ Ուրբաթ օրը մենք հստակ պատասխաններ էինք ակնկալում, բայց նախագահը դուրս չեկավ, պետնախարարն էլ մարդկանց միջոցով փոխանցեց, թե մի շաբաթ էլ համբերեք։ Բայց ո՞նց համբերենք, սովամահ ենք լինում, իրենց ստերից էլ կուշտ ենք»,- ամփոփեց խոսքը Դավիթ Մինասյանը։
