Ինչի՞ մասին է վկայում ականջի ցավը

Դրանց պատճառները մի քանիսն են, օրինակ, ականջում որևէ ինֆեկցիոն գործընթաց,  նշագեղձերի բորբոքում և այլն: Բացի այդ, ցավի պատճառը, հնարավոր է կապված չլինի ականջի հետ: Հաճախ այդ հատված են մղվում պարանոցում, ողնաշարում առաջացած ցավերը կամ նյարդերի բորբոքման դեպքում:

Օտիտ (ականջաբորբ) - Առաջին հերթին, ականջներում ցավի պատճառ կարող է լինել միջին օտիտը: Տարբերում են դրա երեք հիմնական ձևերը` սահմանափակ, տարածուն և միջին: Սահմանափակ օտիտը, ամենից հաճախ առաջանում է ֆուրունկուլոզի` ճարպագեղձերի բորբոքման պատճառով, որը կարող է սկսվել, եթե ականջները բամբակե փայտիկով ճիշտ չեն մաքրվել:

Հիվանդությունը զարգանում է ցածր իմունիտետի, պոդագրայի, ավիտամիոզի կամ շաքարային դիաբետի դեպքում: Բորբոքման պատճառն Էլ ստաֆիլակոկային ինֆեկցիայի առկայությունն է: Տարածուն օտիտը քրոնիկական թարախայի օտիտի բարդությունն է, երբեմն բորբոքումը փոխանցվում է ականջի թմբկաթաղանթին:

Նշագեղձերի բորբոքում կամ սինուսիտ - Ականջներում ցավ կարող է  հրահրվել նաև նշագեղձերի կամ հարքթային ծոցերի (սինուսիտ) բորբոքման  հետևանքով: Բացի այդ, ականջների ուժեղ ցավի պատճառ կարող են լինել մրսածությունը, ցրտահարությունը կամ այրվածքները:

Ականջախեցիները - Ականջներում ցավի պատճառներից մեկը պերիխոնդրիտի` ականջի կռճիկի հյուսվածքներում ինֆեկցիոն գործընթացների ախտանիշը կարող է լինել: Ականջի հիվանդությունների առավել տարածված տեսակներից է ականջի արտաքին հատվածի սուր բորբոքումը` արտաքին օտիտ: Մեծ մասամբ այն առաջանում է ականջների մեջ աղտոտված ջուր լցվելու հետևանքով, օրինակ լողավազաններում լողանալուց հետո:

Ծծմբային խցանումներ - Յուրաքանչյուր մարդու ականջներում ծծումբ է հավաքվում: Այն անհրաժեշտ է ականջների ներքին հատվածներն իֆեկցիաներից պաշտպանելու համար: Սակայն դրա ավելցուկը մեծ մասամբ լսողության իջեցման կամ ականջի ցավի պատճառ է դառնում: Այդ դեպքում անհրաժեշտ է ծծումբը փափկեցնող կաթիլներ օգտագործել: Եթե դա չի օգնում, բժիշկ-ականջաբանը կմաքրի ականջային խողովակը, դրա մեջ ներարկիչով հեղուկ լցնելով:

Ոսկրերը նույնպես բորբոքվում են - Ականջի սուր ցավերի պատճառներից է մաստոիդը` քունքոսկրի պտկաձև ելունի բորբոքումը (այն տեղակայված է ականջի ետևում): Հիվանդությունը սովորաբար ուղեկցվում է պուլսացող ցավերով, լսողության վատացմամբ, ընդհանուր թուլությամբ, այտուցների դրսևորմամբ, մարմնի ջերմաստիճանի բարձրացմամբ, ականջից թարախային արտադրությամբ և այլն: Նման ախտանիշների դեպքում անհրաժեշտ է անհապաղ դիմել քիթ, կոկորդ, ականջաբանին:

Եթե ցավը մղվում է դեպի ականջը - Նման ցավերը կարող են թաքնված լինել օրգանիզմի մեկ այլ հատվածներում: Դրանք  ճառագայթվող ցավեր են: Հանդիպում են խոզուկի դեպքում, երբ բորբոքվում են հարականջային թքագեղձերը:

Բացի այդ, պատճառներից են նաև ատամների, քթի և կոկորդի հիվանդությունները: Դրանց են դասվում նաև խոցերն ու  աբսցեսները (թարախակույտ), որոնք ախտահարում են  ծնոտը, կոկորդը, նշագեղձերը, կերակրափողը, գանգուղեղային նյարդերի բորբոքումները:

Լինում են դեպքեր, երբ ականջները ցավում են առանց լսողության վատացման: Օրինակ, դա հնարավոր է արտաքին ականջի սուր բորբոքային գործընթացների, նաև քունքստործնոտային հոդի ձևախախտված օստեոարթրոզի դեպքում, որն ախտարահորւմ է հարականջային գեղձը: Բացի այդ, պատճառ կարող է դառնալ լիմֆադենիտը` ականջին մոտ գտնվող ավշային հանգույցների բորբոքումը:
