Team Telecom Armenia проводит первичное публичное размещение акций (IPO)

02.06.2023 Ереван․ ОАО «Телеком Армения» (торговая марка: Team Telecom Armenia) выпустило
и размещает акции посредством публичного предложения, предоставляя возможность каждому
желающему участвовать в развитии компании, инвестировать, вместе делить успех, стать
акционером Team.


Компания планирует разместить 40 млн акций общей стоимостью 8 млрд. 240 млн. драмов.
Размещение будет осуществляться с 7 июня по 31 октября текущего года.


«Team Telecom Armenia - первая компания в сфере телекоммуникаций, которая проводит IPO в
Армении. Этим шагом мы становимся более открытыми и публичными, формируем более
прозрачный стиль работы и будем делиться своими успехами как с абонентами, так и с будущими
акционерами. Благодаря командной работе в течение последних нескольких лет мы обеспечиваем
стабильный финансовый рост и делаем наш следующий смелый шаг уже в финансовом секторе.
Благодаря новым инвестициям мы быстрее реализуем наши амбициозные планы, вместе
развивая сферу телекоммуникаций, цифровых технологий и экономику страны», - отметил
генеральный директор Team Telecom Armenia Айк Есаян.


Компания направит привлеченные средства на расширение оптоволоконной сети NGN по всей
Армении, запуск мобильной сети 5G и активацию новых международных каналов. Работая в сфере
цифровых технологий, компания также будет уделять большое внимание внедрению современных
цифровых инструментов и реализации других амбициозных проектов.
Проспект ОАО «Телеком Армения» зарегистрирован решением Председателя Центрального банка
Армении № 1/288А от 31 мая 2023 года. Организатором размещения акций является ЗАО
«АМЕРИАБАНК». С порядком приобретения акций, электронной версией проспекта и объявлением
о публичном предложении акций можно ознакомиться здесь.


Team Telecom Armenia предоставляет услуги Интернета, цифрового телевидения, мобильной и
фиксированной связи на территории Армении. С 2021 года компания приступила к строительству
уникальной в регионе сети NGN (Next Generation Network) со скоростью 25 Гбит/с по технологии 25G-PON.
