Գործող վարչակարգը ստիպված էր տեղի տալ օրենքի առջև․ պայքարը շարունակվում է

Գործող վարչակարգը, նույնիսկ շարունակաբար անթաքույց և ցինիկ ճնշումներ կիրառելով այս գործում ներգրավված իրավապահ համակարգի տարբեր ներկայացուցիչների վրա, ի վերջո ստիպված եղավ տեղի տալ օրենքի ուժի և հանրային բողոքի հզոր ալիքի առաջ և համակերպվել նրա հետ, որ այլևս ընդունակ չի պարտադրել իր կամքը սեփական իրավունքները գիտակցող, և դրանք հետևողական իրացնող անհատ քաղաքացուն։

Այս արձանագրումն արել է «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը՝ իրեն կալանքից ազատելու վերաբերյալ տարածած հայտարարության մեջ։ 

Չալաբյանը նշում է, որ թեպետ վերադարձել է ազատության, արդարության վերջնական հաստատման համար պայքարը շարունակվում է։

«Դեռևս շարունակվում է իմ դեմ սկսված շինծու քրեական գործը, և մեր նպատակն է լինելու, մեր պաշտպանական թիմի որդեգրած օրինական միջոցներով, ապացուցել մեղադրանքի ողջ սնանկությունը, և հասնել իմ վերջնական արդարացման, եթե դա նույնիսկ տարիներ տևի, և հետագա մեծ ջանքեր պահանջի։ Ավելի լայն իմաստով, շարունակվում է պայքարը բոլոր քաղաքական բանտարկյալների ազատության, և մեր երկրում իրավունքի գերակայության համար»,- նշել է Չալաբյանն ու հավելել, թե շարունակվում է պայքարը նաև մեր պետության ինքնիշխանության վերահաստատման, մեր խարխլված անվտանգության և ազգային իրավունքների վերականգնման համար։ 

Հասարակական-քաղաքական գործչի այս արձանագրումը չափազանց կարևոր և էական է հետագա պայքարի համար։

Ըստ էության, փաշինյանական վարչախմբին չհաջողվեց այս փուլում հասնել իր սրտի ուզածին, սակայն Փաշինյանի քինախնդրությունն անսահման է, և նա շարունակելու է նորանոր կեղծիքներ հորինել՝ թե՛ Չալաբյանին, թե՛ այլ ընդդիմախոսների հետապնդումների ենթարկելու համար։
