Արզականում 35-ամյա կնոջ սպանության և մեկ այլ անձի սպանության փորձի դեպքով քրգործ է հարուցվել․ ՔԿ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Չարենցավանի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում իրականացվում են քննչական և վարութային գործողություններ՝ Արզական գյուղի 35-ամյա բնակչուհու սպանության և նույն գյուղի 57-ամյա բնակչի նկատմամբ սպանության փորձ կատարելու դեպքերի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:

Սպանության փորձ կատարելու դեպքի վերաբերյալ ահազանգը ստացվել է 2022թ օգոստոսի 27-ին՝ ժամը 05:40-ին,  նշված գյուղի բնակչուհուց, որով տեղեկացվել է, որ նույն օրը՝ ժամը 03:30-ի սահմաններում, իրենց հարևանը՝ 46-ամյա տղամարդը, բաց պատուհանով մտել է իրենց ննջասենյակ, ծեծի ենթարկել ամուսնուն, մի քանի անգամ դանակով հարվածներ հասցրել վերջինիս մարմնի տարբեր մասերին` պատճառելով մարմնական վնասվածքներ: Այդ ընթացքում դանակով մեկ հարված է հասցվել նաև իր աջ արմնկային հատվածին, որից հետո հարևանը, դանակը գցելով, դիմել է փախուստի:

Դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 44֊-155-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 207-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով։

Քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումների արդյունքում 46-ամյա տղամարդու բնակության վայրի ննջասենյակում՝ մահճակալի վրա, հայտնաբերվել է վերջինիս կնոջ դին՝ պարանոցը մասամբ կտրված վիճակում:

Հիշյալ դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 9-րդ կետով, որը միացվել է վերոնշյալ քրեական վարույթին։

Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարված դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել և վերցվել են հանցագործության գործիք հանդիսացող 2 դանակ և արնանման հետքեր, հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք, նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն: Միջոցառումներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ 46-ամյա տղամարդուն հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
