Ահաբեկչության մասին սուտ տեղեկություններ տարածելու հոդվածով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ․ Դատախազություն

Նախօրեին, օգոստոսի 14-ին, Ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոնում ստացվել էր տեղեկություն մետրոպոլիտենի բոլոր կայարաններում, զինվորական և քաղաքացիական կարևոր օբյեկտներում, առևտրի կենտրոններում, կենդանաբանական այգում, Բաղրամյան 19 հասցեում, Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ եկեղեցում պայթուցիկ սարքեր տեղադրված լինելու մասին։ Իրականացված որոնողական աշխատանքների արդյունքում պարզվել էր, որ դրանք կեղծ են: Հայտնում է գլխավոր դատախազի ԶԼՄ–ների գծով խորհրդական Գոռ Աբրահամյանը, նշելով․«Նշված դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 314-րդ հոդվածի հատկանիշներով (Ահաբեկչության մասին սուտ տեղեկություններ տարածելը) նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ:
Այդ վարույթը կփոխանցվի ՀՀ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայություն՝ դատախազության հանձնարարությամբ քննությունը ՀՀ ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտում իրականացնելու համար: ԱԱԾ քննչական դեպարտամենտ են փոխանցվելու նաև վերջին շրջանում ստացված նախկին մի քանի նման տեղեկությունների առթիվ նախաձեռնված վարույթները:
Դատախազությունն ընդգծված հետևողականություն է դրսևորելու իր իրավասության շրջանակներում վերջին ժամանակահատվածում հաճախակիացած այս կեղծ տեղեկությունների ներքին տրամաբանական կապերի, պատճառների պարզման, քրեաիրավական համարժեք գնահատականներ տալու, այդ կեղծ տեղեկությունները տարածողներին հայտնաբերելու և քրեական պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու հարցում:
Առաջիկայում ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազությունը կներկայացնի այս դեպքերով իրականացվող քրեական վարույթների արդյունքների մասին տեղեկատվություն»:
