Մայրաքաղաքի կենտրոնում կատարված խուլիգանությունը բացահայտվեց

Հուլիսի 31-ի ցերեկը 1-02 ծառայություն է զանգել անհայտ քաղաքացի և հայտնել, որ Իսահակյան փողոցի 12 շենքի մոտ հնչում են կրակոցներ, լսվում է կանանց աղաղակ:

Հաղորդումը փոխանցվել է ոստիկանության Կենտրոնական բաժին, որտեղից էլ օպերատիվ խումբը շտապ մեկնել է դեպքի վայր: Մեկնել են նաև քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր և Երևան քաղաքի վարչությունների ղեկավարներ, քննիչներ ու փորձաքրեագետներ:

Պարզվել է, որ վիճաբանությունը սկսվել է Իսահակյան փողոցի 18 շենքի հետնամասում: Մի կողմից՝ վիճել են նույն փողոցի 44-ամյա և 21-ամյա բնակիչներ, մյուս կողմից` 18-24 տարեկան հինգ տղամարդ, բացի մեկից` բոլորն էլ մայրաքաղաքի փոքր կենտրոնի բնակիչներ:
Վեճի ընթացքում 43-ամյա տղամարդը դեռ չպարզված հրազենից կրակել է մյուսների ուղղությամբ, ինչին ի պատասխան կրակել է նաև Աբովյան փողոցի բնակիչ, 22-ամյա երիտասարդը, նույնպես դեռ չպարզված հրազենից: Բացի այդ, երկու հոգի փայտե մահակներով վնասել են վեճի մասնակիցներից մեկի «ԲՄՎ» մակնիշի մեքենան:

Դեպքի վայրի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել են պարկուճներ, փայտե ու երկաթե մահակներ և այլն:

Ժամը 16.50-ին ձերբակալվել և քննչական բաժին է ներկայացվել կրակողներից մեկը` 44-ամյա տղամարդը:

Նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ: Ձեռնարկվել և ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ` հնարավոր զարգացումները կանխելու, միջադեպի մյուս մասնակիցներին հայտնաբերելու, կիրառված հրազեններն առգրավելու, նաև` վեճի պատճառը պարզելու ուղղությամբ:
