Դատապարտյալներից մեկը տաքսի ծառայություն մատուցող իր ծանոթին պատվիրել է կոնկրետ անձից ձեռք բերել «Հերոին». գործը դատարանում է

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ավարտվել է «Արմավիր» ՔԿՀ-ի դատապարտյալների կողմից առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոց ձեռք բերելու փորձի դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործով հինգ մեղադրյալի մասով նախաքննությունը: Այս մասին հաղորդագրություն է տարածել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն։

«Նախաքննության ընթացքում իրականացված քննչական և դատավարական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ, այդ թվում նաև՝ թմրամիջոցի ապօրինի ձեռք բերմանն օժանդակած անձանցից երկուսի ինքնությունը:

Մասնավորապես՝ քննությամբ հիմնավորվել է, որ «Արմավիր» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի երեք դատապարտյալներ, միասնական դիտավորությամբ, առանց իրացնելու նպատակի, փորձել են թմրամիջոց ձեռք բերել:

Այդ նպատակով դատապարտյալներից մեկը տաքսի ծառայություն մատուցող իր ծանոթին պատվիրել է կոնկրետ անձից ձեռք բերել առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի՝ 1,13 գրամ զանգվածով «Հերոին» տեսակի թմրամիջոց:

Կատարելով դատապարտյալների պահանջը՝ տաքսի ծառայություն մատուցող նշված անձը քննությամբ դեռևս չպարզված հանգամանքներում ձեռք բերված թմրամիջոցը թաքցրել է «Կարդիոմագնիլ» տեսակի դեղահաբերի տարայի կափարիչում նախօրոք պատրաստված թաքստոցում և այն ապօրինի պահելով իր կողմից շահագործվող ավտոմեքենայի բեռնախցիկում՝ փոխադրել և Երևան քաղաքի տոնավաճառներից մեկի մոտ փոխանցել է վերոհիշյալ դատապարտյալներից մեկի մտերիմ, տաքսի ծառայություն մատուցող մեկ այլ անձի:

Վերջինս իր ավտոմեքենայով հիշյալ թմրամիջոցն ապօրինի փոխադրել է ՀՀ ԱՆ «Արմավիր» ՔԿ հիմնարկ և դատապարտյալներից մեկի անվամբ, վերջինիս դեղամիջոցների հետ միասին, հանձնել հիմնարկի բուժմաս, սակայն իր կամքից անկախ հանգամանքներում չի կարողացել իրացնել, իսկ դատապարտյալները իրենց հերթին չեն կարողացել թմրանյութն ապօրինի ձեռք բերել, քանի որ դրանք քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի աշխտակիցների կողմից հայտնաբերվել և վերցվել են հանձնված դեղորայքի զննության ժամանակ:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ երեք դատապարտյալներին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-268-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով, իսկ թմրամիջոցներ ձեռք բերելուն օժանդակած երկու անձանց՝ 38-34-268-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով:

Հինգ մեղադրյալի մասով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և քրեական գործը, մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է դատարան:

Թմրամիջոցի ձեռք բերման աղբյուրը պարզելու մասով նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է»,-ասված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
