Քրգործ՝ Երևան քաղաքի բնակչի մարմնական վնասվածք ստանալու դեպքի առթիվ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում իրականացվում են քննչական և դատավարական այլ անհրաժեշտ գործողություններ՝ Երևան քաղաքի բնակչի՝ մարմնական վնասվածք ստանալու դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ: Այս մասին հայտնում է ՀՀ ՔԿ-ն:

«Տեղեկացնենք, որ հիշյալ բնակիչը 2022թ. մայիսի 11-ին՝ ժամը 22:05-ին, «գանգուղեղային վնասվածք» ախտորոշմամբ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել «Հերացի» թիվ 1 համալսարանական հիվանդանոց:

Փաստի առթիվ նյութերի նախապատրաստման շրջանակներում նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն՝ տուժողի մարմնական վնասվածքների բնույթը, ծանրության աստիճանը, առաջացման մեխանիզմը և մի շարք այլ հանգամանքներ պարզելու նպատակով, որի եզրակացությունը ստացվել է:

Նկատի ունենալով, որ նախապատրաստված նյութերում առկա է քրեական գործ հարուցելու օրինական հիմք և առիթ, ՀՀ ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով,  որը նախաքննություն կատարելու համար ուղարկվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Էրեբունի և Նուբարաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժին և ընդունվել վարույթ:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում պարզվել են տղամարդու կյանքին վտանգ սպառնացող ծանր վնասվածքներ պատճառելու դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ:

Նախնական տվյալներով, տուժողը նշված վնասվածքները ստացել է 2022թ. մայիսի 10-ին` անձնական հարցերի շուրջ ծագած վիճաբանության  ընթացքում: Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում, հանրորեն վտանգավոր արարք կատարելու կասկածանքով, բերման է ենթարկվել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության մեկ քաղաքացի, իսկ ՌԴ ևս մեկ քաղաքացի ինքնակամ ներկայացել է ՀՀ ոստիկանության  էրեբունու բաժին, ովքեր հարցաքննվել են դեպքի հանգամանքների շուրջ:

Նկատի ունենալով հիշյալ քաղաքացիների վերաբերյալ համացանցում ողջ օրվա ընթացքում տարածվող տեղեկություններն ու մեկնաբանությունները՝ նախաքննական մարմինը տեղեկացնում է, որ նշված երկու անձանցից մեկը բերման է ենթարկվել, իսկ մյուսն ինքնակամ ներկայացել է՝ բացառապես ՀՀ քրեական օրենգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով քննվող քրեական գործի շրջանակներում:

Կատարվում է նախաքննություն: Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու, օբյեկտիվ և բազմակողմանի քննություն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ»,- ասված է հաղորդագրությունում: 

Ավելի վաղ ռուս ակտիվիստ Տատյանա Շչուկինան Թվիթերի իր էջում գրել էր, որ Երևանի ոստիկանությունը «Ռուսաստանի հրամանով» ձերբակալել է իր ընկերոջն ու ընկերուհուն․ «Նրանց պահում են բաժանմունքում և խնդրում են տրամադրել իմ կոնտակտներն ու գտնվելու վայրը։ Նրանց ձերբակալել են միանգամայն անօրինական»,- գրել է Շչուկինան։
