Ավազակություն կատարելու կասկածանքով ձերբակալվել է 22-ամյա երիտասարդ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական առաջին բաժնում ձեռնարկված քննչական և դատավարական անհետաձգելի գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է Հնդկաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացու նկատմամբ կատարված ավազակության դեպքը:

Զենքի սպառնալիքով հափշտակություն կատարելու մասին հաղորդումը Հնդկաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացուց ստացվել է 2022թ. հունիսի 8-ին՝ ժամը 22:16-ին:

Հաղորդման հիման վրա նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում պարզվել են դեպքի մի շարք հանգամանքներ, այդ թվում՝ դեպքի վայրը, ինչպես նաև՝ ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանցից մեկի ինքնությունը:

Տվյալներ են ստացվել այն մասին, որ 2022թ. հունիսի 1-ին, գազի կաթսան վերանորոգելու նպատակով, Հնդկաստանի քաղաքացու բնակարան է այցելել մի տղամարդ: Որոշ ժամանակ անց՝ 2022թ. հունիսի 8-ին՝ ժամը 21:30-ի սահմաններում, նույն անձն ընկերոջ հետ կրկին այցելել է նշված  բնակարան, որտեղ զենքի գործադրման սպառնալիքով փակել են տանտիրոջ բերանը, գոտիով կապել ոտքերը և հափշտակել, նախնական տվյալներով, 85.000-ից 90.000 ԱՄՆ դոլար և 35.000 ՀՀ դրամ գումար ու դիմել փախուստի:

Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 175-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով: Հնդկաստանի քաղաքացին ճանաչվել է տուժող և հարցաքննվել դեպքի հանգամանքների շուրջ:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, հարցաքննվել են վկաներ, նշանակվել են փորձաքննություններ, օրենքով սահմանված կարգով վերցվել և զննվել են դեպքի վայրի հարակից հատվածներում տեղադրված տեսանկարահանող սարքերի տեսագրությունները:

Ձեռնարկված քննչական և դատավարական անհետաձգելի գործողությունների, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ ոստիկանության ծառայողների կողմից իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձանցից մեկի ինքնությունը, ով Երևան քաղաքի՝ 2000թ. ծնված  բնակիչ է: Վերջինս ձերբակալվել է՝ ավազակություն կատարելու կասկածանքով, և հարցաքննվել:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժետ միջոցառումներ՝ օբյեկտիվ և բազմակողմանի քննություն ապահովելու, ավազակությանը մասնակից մյուս անձի (անձանց) ինքնությունը պարզելու, հայտնաբերելու, վարույթն իրականացնող մարմին ներկայացնելու, ցուցմուքններում մատնանշված հանգամանքներն ստուգելու ուղղությամբ: Հանձնարարություններ են տրվել հետաքննության մարմնին:
