21-ый век, до сих пор и после этого, полон стремительных изменений, которые происходят на планете Земля, а именно: разжигание войн во имя места под солнцем, уничтожение древних государств и создание новых, мировые экономические кризисы и так далее. И, естественно, место под солнцем обеспечивают себе те нации, чей народ является единым, верующим, честным и честолюбивым и способен решать не только внутренние проблемы единым образом, но и с мудрой дальновидностью строят внешние отношения, исходя из национальных и государственных интересов.
А сегодня, какова данная свыше миссия каждого живущего под солнцем армянского гражданина? Конечно, это ежедневный вклад в постоянное усиление мощи армянской национальной армии, а также защита внешней безопасности своей семьи, армянской нации, всего армянского нагорья, в особенности, от заклятых врагов – выдуманного Азербайджана и Турции.
 
В это тяжелое время стремительных политических изменений, когда, повторюсь, практически всюду идут военные действия и уничтожаются нации и народы, Армения не может одновременно и одинаково иметь братские или союзнические отношения с двумя сверхдержавами: и с Российской Федерацией, и с Западом. То есть, Армения должна исключить внешнюю политику “и,и”, потому что именно политика “и,и” приведет Армению к краху. Армения должна строить свою внешнюю политику исключительно с Российской Федерацией, одновременно поддерживая дружеские отношения со странами-соседями Иранской Исламской Республикой и Республикой Грузия.
 
Да, партия “Армянские Орлы. Единая Армения”, со дня своего создания, очень хорошо осознает и уверена в том, что нам, армянам, свыше дано обеспечение мира и безопасности в армянском высокогорье, и они исключительно зависят как от беспрерывного усиления мощи армянской национальной армии, так и от честных, верных и дружеских отношений между Арменией и Россией, в особенности, от основанной Россией Организации Договора о Коллективной Безопасности (ОДКБ).
 
Объявляю: есть исключительно две основы безопасности Армении: Армянская Национальная Армия и ОДКБ.
