23-ամյա երիտասարդի նկատմամբ կատարված սպանության փորձի գործով հետախուզվողը հայտնաբերվել է

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նոր Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական երկրորդ բաժնում շարունակվում է Երվանդ Քոչար փողոցում 23-ամյա երիտասարդի նկատմամբ կատարված սպանության փորձի դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը:

Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ հիշյալ երիտասարդը 2021թ. դեկտեմբերի 14-ին Երվանդ Քոչար փողոցից «կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի և ձախ միջին անութային փոսի կտրած-ծակած վերք» ախտորոշմամբ տեղափոխվել էր հիվանդանոց:

Սպանության փորձի հատկանիշներով հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում ձեռնարկված մեծածավալ քննչական և դատավարական գործողությունների, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների կողմից իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի՝ էական նշանակություն ունեցող մի շարք հանգամանքներ, այդ թվում՝ շարժառիթը, ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով Երևան քաղաքի՝ 22-ամյա բնակիչ է:

Քննությամբ տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ հիվանդանոց տեղափոխված անձը նշված վնասվածքները ստացել է 2021թ. դեկտեմբերի 14-ին՝ ժամը 11։30-12։00-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, 22-ամյա երիտասարդի հետ անձնական հարցերի շուրջ պարզաբանումների ժամանակ, որի ընթացքում վերջինս դանակով հարվածներ էր հասցրել տուժողի կրծքավանդակի ձախակողմյան հատվածին և դիմել փախուստի։

Վարույթն իրականացնող մարմինը որոշում էր կայացրել՝ 22-ամյա երիտասարդին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 34-104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու վերաբերյալ, նրա նկատմամբ հայտարարվել էր հետախուզում և որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառվել էր կալանավորումը:

ՀՀ ոստիկանության ծառայողների կողմից իրականացված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումների  արդյունքում 2022թ. մայիսի 17-ին վերջինս հայտնաբերվել և ներկայացվել է նախաքննական մարմնին:

Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու, օբյեկտիվ և բազմակողմանի քննություն ապահովելու, հանցագործության գործիքը հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ,քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
