Իգոր Խաչատուրովին կալանավորելու միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել

Իգոր Խաչատուրովի նկատմամբ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրելու մասին միջնորդություն է ներկայացվել դատարան։ Խաչատուրովի ձերբակալման իրավաչափության հարցը, ինչպես նաև՝ կալանավորման միջնորդությունը կքննի Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Դավիթ Արղամանյանը։ Փաստաբան Միհրան Պողոսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում մի քանի փաստ է ներկայացրել քրեական գործի վերաբերյալ, որը ներկայացնում ենք ստորև.

«Մի քանի փաստ Իգոր Խաչատուրովի «գործի» մասին կամ կարմիր կովը կաշին չի փոխում հին ասացվածքի ստուգաբանությունը...

- Երեկ ժամը 19։30 -ին իմ կողմից ներկայացվել է Իգոր Խաչատուրովին ձերբակալելու իրավաչափության դեմ բողոք,

- Բողոքի մակագրումը տեղի չի ունեցել դատական գործերի բաշխման համակարգչային եղանակով, այն ձգձգվել ու 21։15-ի սահմաններում Երևան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի նախագահը, թույլ տալով օրենքի կոպտագույն խախտում, գրչի մեկ «ծիտիկով» ստեղծել է դատարան՝ Դավիթ Արղամանյանի նախագահությամբ /ֆանտազիա՝ 0/,

- Ժամը 21։30-ից սկսած փորձել եմ կապ հաստատել պարոն Դավիթ Արղամանյանի աշխատակազմի հետ՝ պարզելու դատական նիստի ժամը, սակայն ապարդյուն, հեռախոսազանգերը մնացել են անպատասխան,

- Քննչական մարմինը, տեղեկանալով, որ բողոքը մակագրվել է Դավիթ Արղամանյանին, ամեն կերպ լծվել է «մեղադրանք առաջադրելու» գործողությանը և կազմում է կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու մասին միջնորդություն, իսկ առավոտյան ժամը 09։15-ին, պաշտպանի բացակայությամբ, Իգոր Խաչատուրովին են ներկայացրել որպես մեղադրյալ նեգրավելու մասին որոշումը,

- Ժամը 12։00-ին դիմում եմ ներկայացրել դատարանի նախագահ Ա. Մկրտչյանին՝ խնդրելով պարզաբանել բողոքի մակագրման ընթացակարգը, որի վերաբերյալ քիչ առաջ ստացված պատասխանից պարզվել է, որ դատարանի նախագահը Դավիթ Արղամանյանի նախագահությամբ դատարանը ստեղծել է «աչքաչափով»,

- պարոն Դավիթ Արղամանյանի աշխատակազմը ժամը 11։30-ի սահմաններում դեռևս ձերբակալման իրավաչափության դեմ բողոքի քննարկման նիստ չի հրավիրել /երևի տեղյակ էին, որ կալանավորումը որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառելու միջնորդություն է ներկայացվելու / և միայն տվյալ միջնորդության ներկայացումից հետո տեղեկացնում է, որ դատական նիստը նշանակված է ժամը 15։00-ի սահմաններում,

- Դատական նիստը ժամը 15։00-ին տեղի չի ունեցել և պարոն Արղամանյանը, արդեն իսկ 24 ժամյա ժամկետով սահմանափակված չլինելով, այն նշանակել է վաղը՝ 19.05.2022թ-ին ժամը 17։30-ին Երևան քաղաքի դատարանի Աջափնյակ նստավայրում...

Այսքանը դեռ միջնորդության ներկայացման դրա մակագրման մասին, մնացածը՝ հաջորդիվ...»,- գրել է Միհրան Պողոսյանը։
