Ակցիայի մասնակիցը կալանավորվել է ոստիկանական մեքենան վնասելու համար

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության ծանր հանցագործությունների քննության բաժնում շարունակվում է քաղաքական ընդդիմության կազմակերպած հավաքի երկու մասնակիցների կողմից Երևան քաղաքի Աթենք և Իսակով փողոցների հատման խաչմերուկում խուլիգանություն կատարելու, իշխանության ներկայացուցչի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու դեպքի առթիվ քննվող քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Այս մասին հաղորդագրություն է տարածել ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն։

«Քրեական գործով ձեռնարկված քննչական և դատավարական անհրաժեշտ գործողությունների, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների կողմից իրականացված անհետաձգելի միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել էին ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած երկու անձանց ինքնությունը, ովքեր ձերբակալվել էին:

Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ նրանցից մեկին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 316-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և որպես խափանման միջոց՝ նրա նկատմամբ կիրառվել է կալանավորումը:

Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էինք, որ 2022թ. մայիսի 5-ին՝ ժամը 12:00-ի սահմաններում, Երևան քաղաքի Աթենք և Իսակով փողոցների հատման խաչմերուկում քաղաքական ընդդիմության կողմից կազմակերպված նախաձեռնության մի խումբ ցուցարարներ փակել են նշված փողոցի երթևեկելի հատվածը՝ խոչընդոտելով այլ քաղաքացիների ազատ տեղաշարժը:

Հասարակական կարգը պահպանող ՀՀ ոստիկանության ծառայողների կողմից հորդորվել է ազատել փողոցի բանուկ հատվածը, սակայն վերջիններս չեն թարկվել ճանապարհն ազատելու՝ ոստիկանների օրինական պահանջներին, ինչի կապակցությամբ բերման են ենթարկվել, որի ընթացքում վերոհիշյալ անձինք, կոպիտ կերպով խախտելով հասարակական կարգը, այն է՝ հասարակության նկատմամբ բացահայտ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք դրսևորելով, աղմկել են, հայհոյել, ծառայողական պարտականությունների կատարման հետ կապված բռնություն գործադրելու սպառնալիքներ են հնչեցրել ոստիկանության ծառայողների հասցեին, որի ընթացքում նրանցից մեկը ոտքով հարվածել և վնասել է ավտոմեքենայի հետևի դուռը և դռան ապակին:
