Հաստատվել է Ուկրաինա - Հայաստան հանդիպման անցկացման վայրը

Բելառուսը, Ղրղզստանը, Տաջիկստանը, Մոլդովան եւ Հայաստանը կարող են տուժել ռուս-ուկրաինական լարման ֆոնին, նշվում է Moody’s-ի զեկույցում:

«ԱՊՀ պետությունները կարող են տուժել՝ հաշվի առնելով ֆինանսական եւ էներգետիկ կապերը Ռուսաստանի հետ, ինչպես նաեւ ընդհանուր առմամբ թույլ լիկվիդայնությունն ու արտաքին դիրքերը»,-նշում են հեղինակները:

ԱՊՀ ինքնիշխան պետությունների վարկունակությունը կարող է վտանգվել, եթե Ռուսաստանի եւ Ուկրաինայի միջեւ հարաբերություններում լարվածությունը հետագայում հանգեցնի ռազմական հակամարտության եւ Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ Արեւմուտքի պատժամիջոցների՝ չնայած այդ ռիսկը համեմատաբար ցածր է:

«Տարածաշրջանի ինքնիշխան պետությունների շրջանում հիմնականում Բելառուսը, Ղրղզստանը, Տաջիկստանը, Մոլդովան եւ Հայաստանը կարող են տուժել լարվածության հետեւանքով»,-նշում են զեկույցի հեղինակները:

«Լարվածության աճը կարող է ազդել ԱՊՀ ինքնիշխան երկրների վրա մի շարք ուղղություններով՝ հաշվի առնելով տնտեսական, ֆինանսական եւ էներգետիկ կապերը Ռուսաստանի հետ»,-նշել է Moody’s-ի փոխնախագահ եւ ավագ վարկային տնօրեն Էվան Վոլմանը:

Լարվածության աճը, հավանաբար, կթուլացնի Ռուսաստանի ՀՆԱ-ի աճը, ինչը կունենա դոմինոյի ազդեցություն երկրների համար, որոնք առավելապես կախված են Ռուսաստանից դրամական փոխանցումների (Ղրղզստան եւ Տաջիկստան), իսկ որոշ դեպքերում՝ առեւտրի առումով.

Եթե աճող լարվածությունը զգալիորեն թուլացնի ռուբլու դիրքերը, հնարավոր է բացասական կրկնակի ազդեցություն տարածաշրջանում, ինչը կբարձրացնի լիկվիդայնության ռիսկերը, հատկապես, այնպիսի ինքնիշխան պետությունների համար, ինչպես Բելառուսը, Տաջիկստանն ու Վրաստանը:
