Քիմ (Քիմբերլի Նոել) Քարդաշյանը ծնվել է 1980 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 21-ին Լոս Անջելեսում։ Քիմի հայրը իրավաբան Ռոբերտ Քարդաշյանն է, իսկ մայրը՝ պրոդյուսեր և հեռուստատեսային աստղ Քրիս Ջեները:

Հոբելյառը տարեդարձի կապակցությամբ շնորհավորանքներ և գովեստի խոսքեր է ստացել սոցկայքերում: Առաջիններից մեկը նրան շնորհավորել է մայրը:
