Քեմբրիջի դքսուհի Քեյթ Միդլթոնը և արքայազն Ուիլյամը մասնակցել են Earthshot Prize էկոլոգիական մրցանակաբաշխությանը, որը կայացել է Լոնդոնի Ալեքսանդրա պալատում: Այն անցկացվել է պատմության մեջ առաջին անգամ. մրցանակաբաշխության պատվավոր հյուրերը դարձել են Քեմբրիջի դուքսն ու դքսուհին:
