ՄԻՊ-ը ՀԲԸՄ ղեկավար կազմի հետ քննարկել է պատերազմի ընթացքում ադրբեջանական կողմի իրականացրած պատերազմական հանցագործությունները

ՀՀ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը հանդիպել է Հայկական բարեգործական ընդհանուր միության (ՀԲԸՄ) նախագահ Պերճ Սեդրակյանի և ՀԲԸՄ Հայաստանի նախագահ Վազգեն Յակուբյանի հետ: Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է ՄԻՊ աշխատակազմը:

Հանդիպման ժամանակ Արման Թաթոյանը ներկայացրել է 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբեր-նոյեմբեր ամիսներին Արցախում տեղի ունեցած պատերազմի ընթացքում ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի կողմից իրականացված պատերազմական հանցագործությունները, ինչպես նաև բարձրացրել է Ադրբեջանում պահվող հայ գերիների վերադարձի հրատապության հարցը:

Կողմերն արձանագրել են, որ ադրբեջանական իշխանություններն արհեստական ձգձգում, քաղաքականացնում են գործընթացը՝ կոպտորեն ոտնահարելով գերիների և նրանց ընտանիքների իրավունքները, նրանց պատճառելով տառապանքներ և առաջացնելով լարվածություն հասարակությունում:

Պաշտպանը ներկայացրել է նաև Գեղարքունիքի և Սյունիքի մարզերում Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատակազմի փաստահավաք գործունեության արդյունքները՝ ընդգծելով ադրբեջանական զինվորականների անօրինական ներկայության փաստը ՀՀ տարածքում ու դրանից ներս, ինչն էլ հաստատում է Սյունիքի շուրջ անվտանգության գոտու բացարձակ անհրաժեշտությունը:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում Արման Թաթոյանը բարձր է գնահատել ՀԲԸՄ Հայաստանի գրասենյակի դերը` կարևորելով ոչ միայն համատեղ իրականացրած կրթական, իրազեկման ծրագրերը, մարդկանց սոցիալ-տնտեսական իրավունքների աջակցմանն ուղղված քայլերը, այլ նաև ադրբեջանական զինված հարձակումների հետևանքով մարդու իրավունքների խախտումները աշխարհին ճշգրիտ ներկայացնելուն ուղղված միջոցառումները:

Պաշտպանը գնահատել է ՀԲԸՄ դերը հատկապես 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբեր-նոյեմբեր ամիսների պատերազմի ընթացքում ադրբեջանական պատերազմական ու մարդկության դեմ ուղղված հանցանքները վերլուծելու և աշխարհին ներկայացնելու հարցում:

Պերճ Սեդրակյանը բարձր է գնահատել Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի աշխատանքը՝ նշելով, որ ՀԲԸՄ-ն ևս հետևում է սահմանային անվտանգության հարցերին, երկրում տիրող իրավիճակին:
