Անջելինա Ջոլին նոր դատական հայց է ներկայացրել՝ պնդելով, որ իր և Փիթի երեխաների խնամակալության գործով դատավորը «կողմնակալ է և իր երեխաներին թույլ չի տալիս ցուցմունք տալ» (լուսանկարներ)

Հոլիվուդյան հայտնի դերասանուհի Անջելինա Ջոլին քննադատել է իր և դերասան Բրեդ Փիթի երեխաների խնամակալության գործով դատավորին՝ հայտարարելով, որ վերջինս «կողմնակալ է և իր երեխաներին թույլ չի տալիս ցուցմունք տալ», հաղորդում է The Guardian-ը։

Պարբերականի հաղորդմամբ՝ Ջոլին, որը ցանկանում է հասնել իր երեխաների խնամակալության գործով դատավոր Ջոն Օդերկիրկի որակազրկմանը, նոր դատական հայց է ներկայացրել՝ պնդելով, որ դատավորը «նախքան որոշում կայացնելը հրաժարվել է լսել իր երեխաների ցուցմունքները, որոնք կարող էին բխել իրենց իսկ անվտանգությունից և բարեկեցությունից»։

«Դատավոր Օդերկիրկը Ջոլիին մերժել է արդար դատաքննության հարցում՝ անօրինական կերպով բացառելով նրա ապացույցները, որոնք առնչություն ունեն երեխաների առողջության, անվտանգության և բարեկեցության հետ»,- ասված է Ջոլիի փաստաբանների կողմից Կալիֆորնիայի վերաքննիչ դատարան ներկայացված դատական հայցում։

Նոր հայցում նաև նշվում է, որ անչափահաս դեռահասների ցուցմունքները չլսելու մասին դատավորի որոշումը հակասում է Կալիֆորնիայի օրենսգրքին, որտեղ նշվում՝ «14-ից բարձր տարիքի երեխաներին թույլատրվում է ցուցմունք տալ, եթե դա կամավոր է»։

Ընդ որում, ի պատասխան Ջոլիի հայցի՝ Փիթի փաստաբանները հայտարարել են՝ «Օդերկիրկը վերջին վեց ամիսների ընթացքում մանրակրկիտ, արդար և ծավալուն դատավարություն է անցկացրել»։

Նշենք, որ դերասանները բաժանվել են 2016 թվականին։ Զույգի որդեգիր որդու՝ Մեդոքսի և Բրեդ Փիթի միջև տեղի ունեցած ենթադրյալ վեճը, ինչպես հայտնում էին աղբյուրները, լցրել է 45-ամյա Ջոլիի համբերության բաժակը, ինչից հետո դերասանուհին ապահարզանի հարց է ներկայացրել դատարան։ Դրանից հետո զույգը սկսել է իրենց 6 երեխաների խնամքի համար դատական հայցեր ներկայացնել։ Փիթը ցանկանում է խնամակալության հավասար իրավունքներ ունենալ, մինչդեռ Ջոլին դեմ է դրան։
