В своем посте в Instagram она представила 15 идей для здорового и полезного перекуса. Среди предложенных вариантов есть и более, и менее сытные. По словам специалиста, их необходимо выбирать в зависимости от целей и от питания в течение дня.

  • Банан, ломтик сыра 25-30 грамм и помидорки Черри
  • Нежирный йогурт+апельсин+чайная ложка тыквенных семечек и морковные палочки
  • Тост из ржаной муки, творожный сыр, 30 грамм несоленых орехов
  • Пита с: авокадо, слабосоленая рыба, сыр, оливки, салат, огурец, омлет, птица/мясо.
  • Горсть сухофруктов
  • Обычный попкорн(без добавок), такой можно сделать дома
  • Отварное яйцо, горсть фасоли в томате
  • Яблочные дольки, с ложкой несладкого орехового масла
  • Нежирный йогурт с горсткой мюсли/гранолы
  • Нарезанные овощи и ложка творожного сыра
  • Домашний фруктово-ореховый батончик или покупной с хорошим составом, например raw
  • Пару сырников или творожная запеканка
  • Пару ломтиков сыра и цельнозерновые крекеры
  • Смузи овощи-фрукты без добавления сиропов
  • Творог, куда вы самостоятельно добавите орешки, ягоды, фрукты
