Ոտքերի վրա ցան. Հայտնաբերվել է կորոնավրուսի անսպասելի ախտանիշ

 

Ոտքերի վրայի ցանը կարող է լինել COVID-19 կորոնավիրուսային ինֆեկցիայի ախտանշան, պնդում են Իտալիայի եւ Իսպանիայի բժիշկները:

Ինչպես հայտնում է Metro-ն, մասնագետներն այսպիսի եզրակացություն են կատարել վերլուծելով մի շարք իրար նման դեպքեր: Օրինակ՝ Իտալիայում COVID-19-ով 13-ամյա տղան մարտի 8-ին հիվանդանոց է ընդունվել ոտնաթաթերին ցանով, որը սկզբում շփոթել են սարդի խայթոցի հետ: Տղայի մոտ 3 օր հետո հայտնվել են կորոնավիրուսի արդեն ավելի հատուկ ախտանիշներ՝ ջերմություն, մկանային ցավ եւ գլխացավեր, ինչպես նաեւ քոր եւ ոտնաթաթերի այրոց: Մարտի 29-ին անցկացված կորոնավիրուսի ախտորոշման թեստը դրական է եղել:

Այս պահին հիվանդանոցում գտնվող կորոնավիրուսով վարակված յուրաքանչյուր 5-րդ իտալացու մոտ հայտնաբերվել են մաշկային ինֆեկցիայի դրսեւորումներ: Հատկանշական է, որ այս անսպասելի ախտանիշը ավելի հաճախ հանդիպում է երեխաների ու դեռահասների մոտ:

«Եթե  հետագա դիտարկումները եւ լաբորատոր հետազոտությունները հաստատեն, որ մենք բախվել են COVID-19-ի նոր կլինիկական նշանի հետ, դա կարող է օգտակար լինել թեթեւ ձեւով ինֆեկցիայով երեխաներին եւ դեռահասներին հայտնաբերելու համար»,- ասել է իտալական Բարի քաղաքից մանկական մաշկաբան Մացոտա Տրոկոլին:

Իսպանիայում բժիշկները նույնպես ուշադրություն են դարձրել կորոնավիրուսային ինֆեկցիայի նոր նշանի վրա: Նրանց խոսքով՝ ոստքերի վրա ցանը ավելի ու ավելի հաճախ է հանդիպում COVID-19-ով վարակված պացիենտների մոտ, հատկապես երեխաների եւ դեռահասների, սակայն դեպքեր են եղել, երբ համանման ցան է հայտնվել նաեւ մեծահասակ պացիենտների մոտ:

Մասնագետների խոսքով՝ կորոնավիրուսի ժամանակ ցանը նման է այն ցանին, որն ուղեկցում է ծաղկախտին եւ կարմրուկին: Կարմրությոնը սովորաբար հայտնվում է ոտքերի մատներին եւ հետագայում ապաքինվում, բայց մարմնի վրա հետքեր է թողնում:

Մասնագետները մարդկանց կոչ են անում մեծագույն լրջությամբ վերաբերվել համանման ցանին եւ դրա հայտնվելու դեպքում տանն ինքնամեկուսանալ: Ընդ որում՝ փորձագետները քաղաքացիներին խորհուրդ են տալիս բժշկական կենտրոններ չդիմել միայն այս ախտանիշի առկայության դեպքում, այդուհանդերձ, եթե այն հայտնվում է, արժե ուշադիր հետեւել առողջական վիճակին:
