Վատ նորություն նպաստ ստացողների համար. այսուհետ

Ընտանեկան, սոցիալական նպաստներ, հրատապ օգնություն, մարդասիրական օգնություններ ստանալու համար այսուհետեւ պետք է ներկայացնել նոր փաստաթղթեր: Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից հայտնում են, որ սա պայմանավորված է օգոստոսի 7-ից ուժի մեջ մտած ՀՀ կառավարության 2014 թ․-ի հունվարի 30-ի «Պետական նպաստների մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի կիրարկումն ապահովելու մասին» N 145-Ն որոշմամբ:

Այսպիսով, նպաստ ստանալու համար ընտանիքը պետք է ներկայացնի՝ տեղեկանք ԱՔՌԱ վարկային բյուրոյից. Ընտանիքի չափահաս յուրաքանչյուր անդամի՝ տվյալ պահին առկա վարկային պարտավորությունների և ժամկետանց վարկերի մասին տեղեկանքը քաղաքացին կարող է ստանալ անձամբ (այդ թվում` առևտրային բանկի մասնաճյուղի միջոցով)։

Տեղեկանքն անձամբ չստանալու դեպքում պետք է առկա լինի բոլոր չափահաս անդամների կողմից տրված համաձայնությունը կամ նրանց կողմից տրված նոտարական կարգով հաստատված լիազորագիր նպաստ ստանալու համար դիմող անձի անունով` ԱՔՌԱ վարկային բյուրոյից հարցում կատարելու վերաբերյալ։ Հայտարարություն ընտանիքի չափահաս անդամների բանկային ավանդների և դրանցից ստացված եկամուտների մասին.

Բանկային ավանդ ունենալու դեպքում ներկայացվում է նաև բանկի կողմից տրված տեղեկանք՝ ավանդի չափի և տվյալ հաշվետու տարվա ընթացքում դրա վրա հաշվեգրված տոկոսների մասին: Նախաձեռնության նպատակն է կատարելագործել ընտանիքների անապահովության գնահատման համակարգը և ընտանիքի կենսամակարդակի բարձրացմանն ուղղված նպաստների (ընտանեկան, սոցիալական նպաստներ և հրատապ օգնություն) ծրագրերի արդյունավետությունը և հասցեականությունը:

Ընտանիքի անդամների վարկային պատմության և խնայողական միջոցների մասին տեղեկատվություն ստանալու միջոցով կիրառվելու են ընտանիքի եկամուտը ճշտելու և ընտանիքի սոցիալ-տնտեսական պայմանները հնարավորինս ճիշտ բնորոշելու վերաբերյալ այլընտրանքային տարբերակներ:
