Նոր մանրամասներ էջմիածնում տեղի ունեցած զինված միջադեպից

Այսօր՝ մարտի 16-ին  Էջմիածնում վիճաբանություն-ծեծկռտուք է տեղի ունեցել, որի ժամանակ հնչել էին կրակոցներ: Հրապարակումից կարճ ժամանակ անց տեղեկացանք, որ Արմավիրի մարզի ոստիկանները նշված դեպքի փաստով կատարել են հսկայածավալ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական աշխատանքներ և պարզել են վիճաբանության մասնակիցների ինքնությունը:

Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը,  ոստիկանները պարզել են , որ մարտի 14-ին՝ ժամը 21:00-ի սահմաններում,  Էջմիածին քաղաքի Նալբանդյան փողոցի 1-ին հասցեի դիմաց 40-ամյա  Կարեն Ղազարյանը,  29-ամյա Գուրգեն Առաքելյանը, 31-ամյա Հայկ Ղազարյանը, 28-ամյա Էրիկ Բաբախանյանը, 26-ամյա Արթուր Առաքելյանը, 39-ամյա Ռոման Միրզոյանը, 34-ամյա Ռադիկ Միրզոյանը, վիճաբանել են 26-ամյա Աշոտ Դավթյանի,  27-ամյա Հովսեփ Մազմանյանի, 27-ամյա Արսեն Տոնոյաի, 26-ամյա Իսրայել Հարությունյանի, 26-ամյա Հարություն Հարությունյանի, 32-ամյա Արթուր Պարոնյանի, 31-ամյա Արսեն Ղարիբյանի, 25-ամյա Լևոն Դավթյանի, 33-ամյա Գարիկ Ղարիբյանի, 41-ամյա Դավիթ Հասրաթյանի, 38-ամյա Կարապետ Մանուկյանի, 38-ամյա Վահրամ Գալստյանի, 37-ամյա Հակոբ Վարդանյանի, 39-ամյա Ժորա Վարդանյանի, 38-ամյա Արտյոմ Գասպարյանի, ինչպես նաև  այս պահին  քննությանը դեռևս անհայտ անձանց հետ,  որի ժամանակ վիճաբանությունը վերածվել է ծեծկռտուքի, իսկ հետո հնչել են կրակոցներ:

Ոստիկանության Արմավիրի մարզային վարչության պետ Կարեն Հակոբյանի, ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժնի պետ Ռաֆայել Պողոսյանի, Վաղարշապատի բաժնի պետի օպերգծով տեղակալ Ֆիշյանի գլխավորությամբ 1 օր շարունակ կատարված հսկայածավալ օպերատիվ գործողությունների արդյունքում նախ պարզվել է դեպքի վայրը, որտեղ զննութամբ հայտնաբերվել են արնանման հետքեր և  4 հատ դեռևս չպարզված հրազենից արձակված պարկուճներ: Փաստի առթիվ ոստիկանության Վաղարաշապտի բաժնի հետաքննչական բաժանմունքում ՀՀ քր օր-ի 258 հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ: Ավագ հետաքննիչ  Մանասյանի որոշմամբ  նշանակվել են   դատակենսաբանական և դատաձգաբանական փորձաքննություններ: Ոստիկանությունը ձեռնարկում է անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ կռվի մյուս մասնակիցների ինքնությունը պարզելու, ինչպես նաև պարզված անձանց հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ:

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել էր SHAMSHYAN.com-ը,  մարտի 14-ին վիճաբանություն, ծեծկռտուք և կրակոցներ էին հնչել Արմավիրի մարզում։ Ժամը 21։00-ի սահմաններում Էջմիածին քաղաքի Նալբանդյան փողոցում 2 տասնյակից ավելի անձանց միջև վիճաբանությունը վերածվել էր ծեծկռտուքի, որի ժամանակ էլ հնչել էին կրակոցներ։ Նշված դեպքի մասին, չգիտես ինչու, Արմավիրի մարզի «մեծն» ոստիկանապետ, իրեն մարզի թիվ 1 իրավապահ համարող Կարեն Հակոբյանը տեղեկացված չի եղել, իսկ կռվի ժամանակ, որ հնչել են կրակոցներ, դա հաստատում են նաև SHAMSHYAN.com-ի աղբյուրները՝ հայտնելով, որ հնչել է մի քանի կրակոց։
