Երբ երեխան դառնում է 6 ամսական նա սկսում է պինդ սնունդ ուտել՝ ծանոթանալով նոր համերի և բույրերի հետ: Ու թեպետ մենք փորձում ենք հետևել նրա սնվելու ընթացքին, սակայն երբեմն գրավչություն է առաջանում նրան ինչ-որ «մեծական» բան տալ ուտելու, մանավանդ, որ նա անընդհատ թաթիկները ձգում է յուրաքանչյուր պատառի վրա:

5 մթերք, որոնք, ըստ մասնագետների խորհրդի, չի կարելի տալ 2 տարեկանից փոքր երեխաներին:

1. Աղ

Խորհուրդ չի տրվում աղ պարունակող մթերք տալ մեկ տարեկանը չլրացած երեխաներին: Կարելի այն փոխարինել այլ համեմունքներով, ինչպիսիք են դարչինը, կոճապղպեղը, խնկունին և մաղադանոսը:

2. Շաքար

Չի կարելի երկու տարեկանից ցածր երեխաներին տալ քաղցր խմիչքներ և քաղցրավենիքներ: Երեխայի համար որևէ բան գնելիս պետք է նայել դրա բաղադրությունը շաքարի պարունակությունից խուսափելու համար:

3. Մեղր

Խորհուրդ չի տրվում մինչև մեկ տարեկան երեխաներին մեղր տալ: Մեղրը պարունակում է Clostridium botulinum-ի սպորներ: Դրանք կարող են առաջացնել բոտուլիզմ, ինչը կարող է արտահայտվել ախորժակի անկմամբ և աղիների խցանումով:

4. Ադիբուդի, ամբողջական խաղող, ժելե կոնֆետներ

Կպչուն, կոշտ մթերքները կարող են խեղդվելու վտանգ առաջացնել:

5. Հում և կիսաեփ սնունդ

Բարձր ջերմաստիճանը վերացնում է սննդի մեջ առկա մանրէները, այնպես որ պետք չէ ռիսկի դիմել: Անհրաժեշտ է սնունդը ենթարկել բարձր ջերմային մշակման, այնուհետև նոր տալ երեխային:
