Յուրաքանչյուր չորրորդ մանկական խաղալիքի մեջ հայտնաբերվել են վտանգավոր քիմիական նյութեր

Մանկական խաղալիքների 25 տոկոսում կարելի է հայտնաբերել վտանգավոր քիմիական նյութեր: Այդ ցնցող եզրահանգմանն են եկել ՄԱԿ-ի համար աշխատող հետազոտոները Դանիայից:

ՄԱԿ-ի շրջակա միջավայրի վերաբերյալ հատուկ ծրագիրը հետազոտություն է անցկացրել, որը ցույց է տվել, որ մանկական խաղալիքների մեկ քառորդը պարունակում է փոքրիկների համար վտանգավոր քիմիական նյութեր, ինչպես պլաստիֆիկատորները, փրփուր ստեղծելու համար մակերեսի ակտիվ բաղադրիչները, գունանյութեր եւ կայունացուցիչներ, ինչպես նաեւ արոմատիզատորներ, բոլոր այդ նյութերն ավելացնում են սովորաբար պլաստմասե իրերում ճկունության կամ կոշտության որոշակի մակարդակ ստեղծելու համար:

sdg.iisd.org-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այդ քիմիական նյութերի մեծամասնությունը կարող է վնաս հասցնել մանկական առողջությանը: Եւ դա հատկապես վտանգավոր է, քանի որ կյանքի առաջին տարիներին մանկական օրգանիզմը դեռեւս թույլ է եւ հեշտությամբ ենթարկվում է արտաքին աղբյուրների կողմից բացասական ազդեցությանը: Արդյունքում դա վատ է ազդում մարդու առողջության վրա ամբողջ կյանքում:

Չնայած այդ նյութերը մահացու վտանգ սովորաբար չեն ներկայացնում, դրանք, այնուամենայնիվ, կարող են բացասաբար ազդել երեխաների վրա: Հետազոտության հեղինակների կողմից վերլուծած 419 քիմիական նյութերից 126-ը կարող են բացասական ազդեցություն թողնել մանկական առողջության վրա: Այդ կապակցությամբ հետազոտության հեղինակները կոչ են անում խաղալիքների արտադրողներին աստիճանաբար հրաժարվել այդպիսի բաղադրիչների կիրառումից եւ փոխարինել դրանք ավելի անվտանգ բաղադրիչներով:
