Ո՞ր օնկոլոգիական հիվանդության մասին կարող է հուշել ականջներում աղմուկը

Որոշ դեպքերում ականջներում աղմուկը կարող է օնկոլոգիական հիվանդության՝ բերանի խոռոչի քաղցկեղի նշան լինել: Այս մասին հայտնում են NHS առողջապահության բրիտանական ծառայության եւ Cancer Research UK-ի մասնագետները:

Բերանի խոռոչի քաղցկեղը չարորակ ուռուցք է, որը կարող է հայտնաբերվել բերանում ցանկացած տեղ, ինչպես նաեւ կոկորդում: Այդ հիվանդության զարգացման ռիսկն էապես մեծացնում է ծխելը (ներառյալ՝ պասիվ) եւ ալկոհոլի չարաշահումը:

Մասնագետների խոսքով՝ մի շարք ախտանիշներ կարող են հուշել այդ հիվանդության մասին: Դրանց են վերաբերվում՝

  • Ցավ ականջի մեջ, որը կարող է տարածվել նաեւ ծնոտի, այտի վրա;
  • Ականջի մեջ ճնշման զգացողություն;
  • Աղմուկ ականջներում:

Օնկոլոգիական հիվանդության այլ ախտանիշներ կարող են լինել՝

  • Չլավացող ցավային հատված;
  • Սպիտակ կամ կարմրավուն հետք բերանի ներքին կողմում;
  • Շարժվող ատամներ;
  • Ելունդ բերանում;
  • Կուլ տալը Դժվարացած է:

Նշված ախտանիշների հայտնվելու դեպքում պետք է դիմել բժշկի:

«Բերանում ցանկացած փոփոխության դեպքում պետք է դիմել ատամնաբույժի կամ թերապեւտի, եթե դրանք չեն անցնում 3 շաբաթից: Վաղ փուլում հայտնաբերված բերանի խոռոչի քաղցկեղն արդյունավետորեն բուժվում է»,-նշել են NHS-ի մասնագետները:
