Քորը կարող է լինել քաղցկեղի մասին հուշող ախտանշաններից մեկը. գիտնականներ

Քորը բավական տարածված խնդիր է և հազվադեպ է դառնում լուրջ անհանգստության պատճառ, սակայն ամերիկացի ու գերմանացի գիտնականների հետազոտությունը ցույց է տվել, որ որոշ դեպքերում այն կարող է լինել քաղցկեղի մասին հուշող ախտանշաններից մեկը։ Ջոն Հոփկինսի բժշկական քոլեջի ու Մյունստերի համալսարանական հիվանդանոցի մասնագետների անցկացրած հետազոտության արդյունքները հրապարակվել են Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology պարբերականում։ 

Մասնագետների խոսքով՝ երկար ժամանակ չմեղմվող քորի դեպքում հարկավոր է անպայման դիմել բժշկին ու բուժզննում անցնել, քանի որ այն կարող է նախազգուշացնել քաղցկեղի զարգացման մասին։ Հոտազոտությունների շրջանակներում գիտնականները վերլուծել են քորից գանգատվող շուրջ 17 000 հասուն հիվանդի տվյալներն ու համեմատել դրանք նման ախտանշան չունեցող մոտ 5 միլիոն հիվանդի տվյալների հետ։

«Քորի առկայության դեպքում չարորակ ուռուցքների զարգացման հավանականությունը վեց անգամ բարձր էր», - նշում են մասնագետները՝ ընդգծելով, որ առավել հաճախ քորից գանգատվող հիվանդների մոտ ախտորոշվում էր լյարդի քաղցկեղ։ Բացի այդ, բավական հաճախ էին հայտնաբերվում նաև լեղապարկի քաղցկեղը, լեղուղիների քաղցկեղը, արյունաստեղծ համակարգի քաղցկեղն ու մաշկի քաղցկեղը։

Շատ կարևոր նշանակություն ունի նաև ցանի առկայությունը։ Մաշկային ցանով ուղեկցվող քորի դեպքում հիվանդների մոտ սովորաբար ախտորոշվում էին ոսկորների ուռուցքներ, բրոնխների կարցինոմա, լեյկոզի երկու տեսակ կամ բազմակի միելոմա։ Գիտնականները ենթադրում են, որ գոյություն ունի կապ ցանի և չարորակ ուռուցքների առաջացման միջև։ Նրանց կարծիքով՝ նորագոյացությունների առաջացման մեխանիզմը հիմնված է մաշկի բորբոքային ռեակցիայի վրա։

Այս հետազոտությունների արդյունքում գիտնականներին չի հաջողվել պարզել՝ քաղցկեղն է առաջնային խնդիրը, թե քորը։ Այս հարցի պատասխանը ստանալու համար դեռ հարկավոր են հավելյալ հետազոտությունները, սակայն գիտնականներն արդեն իսկ վստահ են, որ որևէ ակնհայտ պատճառ չունեցող քորի առկայությունը կարող է դառնալ չարորակ նորագոյացությունների հայտնաբերման մեխանիզմներից մեկը։
