Ինչպես պաշտպանել երեխաներին վիրուսներից. խորհուրդներ ծնողներին

Տարվա այս եղանակին վիրուսները շատ տարածված են լինում, ինչը հատկապես վտանգավոր է երեխաների համար: Փոքրիկների շրջանում լուրջ հիվանդությունների տարածումից խուսափելու համար ամերիկացի բժիշկ Հովարդ Բերոնը ծնողներին տվել է մի քանի օգտակար խորհուրդ, որոնք կօգնեն պաշտպանել երեխային վտանգավոր վիրուսներից:

Ինչպես բացատրում է մասնագետը, երեխաները շատ հեշտ են վարակվում ու հիվանդանում, քանի որ նրանց իմունային համակարգը դեռ բավական ամուր չէ, ուստի ծնողները պետք է շատ աչալուրջ լինեն: Այս խնդիրը հատկապես արդիական է դպրոցական տարիքի երեխաների դեպքում, քանի որ ուսումնասկան հաստատություններում վարակվելու հավանականությունն ավելի բարձր է լինում: Նման դեպքերում վարակումից խուսափելու համար առաջին հերթին պետք է սովորեցնել երեխային հնարավորինս հաճախ լավանալ ձեռքերը, քանի որ այս սովորությունը նվազեցնում է մարդուց մարդուն վիրուսի փոխանցման հավանականությունը: Բացի այդ, ոչ պակաս կարևոր են նաև պատվաստումները, որոնք պաշտպանում են տարատեսակ հիվանդություններից:

Մասնագետը նաև խորհուրդ է տալիս լավ լվանալ ատամները ուտելուց հետո և քնելուց առաջ: Բացի այդ, չվարակվելու համար երեխաներն ու նրանց ծնողները պետք է խուսափեն խիստ մարդաշատ վայրերից: Ընդ որում՝ այս խորհուրդը հատկապես արդիական է տարվա այն եղանակներին, երբ վիրուսներն ու տարատեսակ վարակիչ հիվանդությունների հարուցիչներն առավել տարածված են լինում:

Բժշկի խոսքով՝ վիրուսային հիվանդությունների բուժումը ենթադրում է մի շարք պարզ միջոցների ձեռնարկում, որոնց շարքին են դասվում բավարար քանակությամբ ջրի գործածությունը, լիարժեք հանգիստը և ճիշտ սննդակարգը, որը հարուստ կլինի վիտամիններով, հանքանյութերով ու այլ սննդարար նյութերով: Սա ենթադրում է, որ ամենօրյա սննդակարգում հարկավոր է անպայման ներառել թարմ մրգեր ու բանջարեղեն:
